・Those who use Airtable and CloudSign.
・Those who want to streamline the series of tasks leading up to contract execution while using Airtable and CloudSign.
・Those who want to link Airtable and CloudSign, aggregate and register information, and manage it centrally.

What issues can be solved by linking Airtable and CloudSign?

1. Reduction of manual input effort

By linking Airtable and CloudSign, you can automate the creation and sending of contracts in CloudSign.
For example, it eliminates the need for employees to manually check information registered in Airtable each time, create contracts in CloudSign, and send them manually, thus reducing the effort of manual input.
This allows you to shorten work time and increase the time to focus on important tasks, which can improve overall productivity.

2. Reduction of human errors

When creating contracts manually, there is a possibility of human errors such as input mistakes or omissions.
By linking Airtable and CloudSign, data entered into Airtable can be directly reflected in the contract, reducing errors caused by manual work.
This can suppress reprocessing work and trouble caused by errors, and improve the accuracy of the entire contract process.

3. Speed improvement of the contract process

In traditional manual work, the series of tasks such as creating, modifying, reviewing, and sending contracts tended to take time, prolonging the process until contract execution.
By linking Airtable and CloudSign, you can automate the process from contract creation to sending, making the flow to contract execution smoother.
This allows for quick response to customers and can strengthen trust relationships with clients.
