How to Create a CloudSign and Airtable Integration Flow

Step 1: Integrate CloudSign and Airtable with My Apps

The template will be copied, and the screen will look like the one above.
Since you have transitioned to the Yoom page called "My Projects", please select "My Apps" from the menu on the left side of the screen.

First, integrate Yoom with each tool. Click on "New Connection" at the top right.

Integrating CloudSign with Yoom

1. Search
‍Enter CloudSign in the displayed box and select the CloudSign icon.

2. Log in

The screen above will be displayed. Enter your account name and client ID.

3. Add
‍Once you have entered the required fields, click the add button at the bottom right.

If the display above appears, the integration is complete.

Integrating Airtable with Yoom

1. Search
‍Enter Airtable in the search box and click on the Airtable icon.

2. Sign in

The Airtable sign-in screen will be displayed. Sign in with the account you want to integrate with CloudSign.‍

3. Add Base

After signing in, you will transition to the screen above.

Click "Add Base" in the red frame and select the base where you want to add CloudSign data.

4. Grant Access

Once the base is added, click "Grant Access".

Return to the Yoom screen, and if the display above appears, the integration is complete.

CloudSign and Airtable have been successfully integrated with Yoom. Next, let's set up the contents of the Flowbot.

1. Hover over the banner and click "View Details"
2. Click "Try this template" on the redirected page

Step 2: Set up data transmission from CloudSign

1. Open My Project

Open "My Project" from the menu on the left side of the screen.

2. Open the copied template
‍Click on "Update Airtable information when the contract is completed with CloudSign".‍

3. Select an app trigger
‍Click on "When the document signing is completed" under the CloudSign icon.
Since the title and other settings are complete, click Next.‍

4. Set the trigger activation interval

Set the activation interval.
You can choose trigger activation intervals of 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
Please note that the shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan.

5. Run a test

After setting the activation interval, press the test button at the bottom of the screen.
If "Test Successful" is displayed in blue, the CloudSign setup is complete.

Step 3: Set up to update Airtable

1. Airtable setup
‍Prepare the Airtable to which CloudSign information will be transferred.

This time, we will transfer three pieces of data: contract date, update date, and notes. Therefore, it is recommended to set up four fields that correspond to these.

2. Select an action
‍Return to Yoom and select "Update Record" under the Airtable icon.
Click Next.

3. Enter ID

Follow the notes at the bottom of the box and copy & paste from the Airtable URL.

4. Enter field names

Since the value for "Contract Date and Time" is already set, enter the corresponding field name.

In the Airtable record prepared this time, the field name for inserting "Contract Date and Time" is set as "Contract Date".

Therefore, it is set as shown in the image.

5. Add field information

Press the red-framed part.

Since nothing is displayed, fill in the box.

Click the value box and select the red-framed part where the CloudSign icon is displayed.

Click on the information you want to add to Airtable.

Once the value is inserted, enter the corresponding field name.

6. Run a test

Once entered, press the test button.
If "Test Successful" is displayed, it is complete. Click Save.

7. Turn on the trigger

Once the Flowbot creation is complete, the above display will appear.
The trigger is initially set to OFF, so turn it ON.
