[What is Yoom]

How to automate responses to inquiries from forms by integrating Dify and Slack

First, receive the inquiry details from the form and use Dify's API to create a response to the inquiry.
Then, using the API provided by Slack, you can notify Slack of the inquiry details and the response created by Dify.
This enables automation!
Generally, programming knowledge is required, but by using the no-code tool Yoom, it can be easily achieved without programming knowledge.

We will create it in the following major processes.

  • Integrate Dify and Slack with My Apps
  • Copy the template
  • Receive inquiry details from the form and create a response with Dify
  • Notify Slack
  • Set the trigger to ON and complete the preparation for flow operation

When a new conversation is created in Intercom, a response is automatically generated with Dify and notified to Slack. This reduces the manual work of creating responses and notifications, supporting smooth customer service.

2. When a chat is initiated in Channel Talk, create a response with Dify and notify Slack

When a new chat is initiated in Channel Talk, a response is automatically generated using Dify and the team is notified on Slack. This reduces the need for traditional manual responses and checks, supporting smooth business operations.

3. When a ticket is created in Chat Plus, generate a response in Dify and notify Slack

When a new ticket is created in Chat Plus, a response is automatically generated in Dify based on its content, and a notification is sent to Slack. This facilitates easy information sharing across the team and is expected to lead to more efficient customer support.

Benefits and Examples of Integrating Dify with Slack

Benefit 1: Reducing the Effort of Creating Responses

By utilizing Dify to create responses for inquiries from forms and notifying them on Slack, the manual workload is expected to be reduced.
Traditionally, it was necessary for the person in charge to check the inquiry details and create an appropriate response, but by automating this process, the time and effort required for handling inquiries are supported to be reduced.
Furthermore, by notifying on Slack, the entire team can share the inquiry details and responses, preventing individual handling and improving the transparency of operations.
For companies with a large number of inquiries, efficient handling can be achieved, reducing the burden of operations.

Benefit 2: Providing Consistent Responses

By automating responses to inquiries with Dify, providing consistent responses is supported.
In manual handling, there may be differences in expression or variations in response policies depending on the person in charge, but by creating responses in a unified format through automation, consistent handling of inquiry content is expected.
By sharing responses through Slack, other members can review the content and make adjustments if necessary, leading to more appropriate responses.
Especially when multiple people are handling inquiries, providing unified responses allows for consistent handling towards customers and internal stakeholders.

Benefit 3: Streamlining Information Sharing

By notifying inquiry details and responses generated by Dify on Slack, it is considered that information sharing across the team will become smoother.
In manual handling, specific individuals may respond individually, and the content may not be shared with other members, but with this mechanism, inquiry details and responses are automatically shared on Slack, allowing the team to grasp the content of customer interactions.
Additionally, when similar inquiries arise, past responses can be referenced on Slack, reducing the effort of creating responses from scratch.
Especially when inquiry handling is divided among multiple members, it supports preventing information oversight and duplicate handling, thus improving operational efficiency.

Conclusion

In traditional customer support, the process involves checking inquiry details, creating appropriate responses, and then sending them, but with app integration, most of this process is automated.
By reducing manual tasks through automation, not only can time be saved and errors reduced, but consistent responses and strengthened team collaboration are also expected.
As a result, the operational burden is reduced, allowing priority tasks to be addressed, which may lead to improved customer satisfaction.
Yoom's app integration can be easily implemented without programming. Take this opportunity to experience operational efficiency.
