1. Search

Search for Chatwork and click the Chatwork icon.

2. Log in to Chatwork

The login screen will appear.
Log in with the account you want to notify of employee information updates.

3. Press Allow

Return to the Yoom screen, and if the above display appears, the integration is complete.

Step 2: Copy the Template

Next, please copy the template to be used this time.

1. Click "View Details" on the top banner
2. Click "Try this template" at the bottom of the transitioned screen
3. If you haven't registered with Yoom yet, please register

※ If you have already registered, the login screen will be displayed, so please log in.

When the Flowbot template is copied to "My Projects", the above display will appear.

You will transition to a page like the image, so let's proceed with detailed settings.

Step 3: Launch Settings for freee HR

1. Open My Projects

Open "My Projects" from the menu on the left side of the screen.

2. Open the copied template
Click "【Copy】Notify Chatwork when employee information is updated in freee HR".

3. Select App Trigger

Click "When employee information is updated" on the freee HR icon.
Since the title and other settings are complete, press Next.

4. Webhook Event Reception Settings

Follow the image content to set up the Webhook.
By setting up the Webhook, when employee information is updated in freee HR, notifications will be sent to Chatwork in real-time.

5. Execute Test


Once the Webhook setup is complete, perform a test employee update in freee HR.
Then return to the Yoom screen and click the test button in the image above.
If "Test Successful" is displayed, press Save.

Step 4: Notification Settings to Chatwork

1. Connect with the App

Click "Send Message" on the Chatwork icon.
Since the title and other settings are complete, press Next.

2. Set the Room ID for Posting

Set the Room ID to notify of employee information updates. Click the box.

Channels will be listed, so click to insert.

3. Confirm Message Content

Next, set the message to be posted to Chatwork.
The settings are already complete, so only make changes if you want to add a message.

4. Execute Test

Press the test button at the bottom of the screen.
If "Test Successful" is displayed, the setup is complete. Press Save.

5. Turn ON the Trigger

Once the Flowbot creation is complete, the above display will appear. The trigger is initially set to OFF, so turn it ON.
