Step 1: Register freee Sign and SPIRAL as My Apps
Register freee Sign and SPIRAL as My Apps to connect them to Yoom. If you complete the My App registration first, the automation setup will be smoother.
First, let's register freee Sign as My App. Click "My Apps" → "New Connection" on the left side of the Yoom screen. Search for freee Sign from "Search by App Name" or find it from the app list.
When the following screen is displayed, log in to freee Sign.
Next, to register SPIRAL as My App, select SPIRAL in the same way as before. The following screen will be displayed, so please make the settings within the red frame. Check the method for creating and setting up an API agent here.
If freee Sign and SPIRAL are displayed in My Apps, the My App registration is complete.
Step 2: Open the Template
To set up automation, click "Try it" on the banner below.
Read the following screen display and click "OK".
When the following screen is displayed, check the settings. If changes are needed, please make them from the following page. First, to proceed with the settings of freee Sign, click "When the document status is changed".
Step 3: Set Triggers and Actions
The following screen will be displayed, so check the settings.
"Title" → Can be changed as needed
"Account information linked with freee Sign" → Check for discrepancies
"Trigger Action" → When the document status is changed
The following screen will be displayed, so click the red frame to copy the Webhook URL. Once copied, move to the management screen of freee Sign and set it up. After completion, send a Webhook event or execute the trigger event, then click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".
Next, to set up branching based on the completion status of the contract, click "Command Operation". ※ Branching is a feature available in some paid plans (Operations). In the case of a free plan, the operation of the flowbot you set will result in an error, so please be careful. Paid plans offer a 2-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use restricted apps and AI features (Operations).
When the following screen is displayed, please check the settings.

Once confirmed, click "Save".
The following screen will be displayed, so please check the settings.
"Title" → Can be changed as needed
"Account information linked with SPIRAL" → Check for discrepancies
"Action" → Update record
When the following screen is displayed, set the "App ID" and "Database ID".
Scroll and set the "Record ID". Use the output from freee Sign to select the "Document ID". By clicking the arrow in the red frame, you can check the output. ※ This assumes that the Document ID of freee Sign and the Record ID of SPIRAL are managed in the same state.
Scroll and set the "Record Information".
"Field Identifier" → Set as desired
"Value" → Set using the output from freee Sign ※ The output from freee Sign will be displayed in the red frame below. The following is set as an example, so set the information you want to update as desired.
Once the settings are complete, click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".
Step 4: Verify the Automation of freee Sign and SPIRAL
Finally, click "Turn ON Trigger" to complete the automation settings. Check if the flowbot is operating normally.
