Step 1: Integrate Garoon and Chatwork with My Apps

(1) After logging into Yoom, select "My Apps" from the left column and click "+ New Connection".

(2) From the list of new connections in My Apps, click on Garoon.
(3) On the "New Garoon Registration" screen, enter your account name, login name, and password, then click "Add".

(4) Next, integrate Chatwork. Similarly, click on Chatwork from the list of new connections in Yoom.
(5) Log in with your account.
(6) An image like the one below will appear, click "Allow".

Once the integration is complete, Garoon and Chatwork will be registered in Yoom's My Apps.

This completes the My Apps registration.
Next, let's set up triggers using templates!

Step 2: Schedule Settings

(1) We will use the templates introduced earlier. Click "Try It" on the banner below to copy.

Click on "When the specified schedule is reached" for the schedule trigger.

(2) From the "Specify Execution Time" screen, set the date and time to notify Chatwork.
In this case, we specified 9 AM on weekdays.

Once the settings are complete, click "Save" at the bottom.

Step 3: Integrate with Garoon to Retrieve the List of Application Data

(1) Next, integrate with Garoon to retrieve the list of pending application data.
Click on "Retrieve the list of pending application data [Workflow]".

(2) From the "Select Integration Account and Action" screen in Garoon, verify there are no errors in the account information for integration with Garoon, keep the action as "Retrieve the list of pending application data [Workflow]", and click "Next".

(3) From the "API Connection Settings" screen, verify the red line, and enter the subdomain and application form ID.

Once the input is complete, click "Test" and then click "Save" at the bottom.

Step 4: Integrate with Chatwork to Send Messages to the Channel

(1) Next, integrate with Chatwork to send messages to the channel.
Click on "Send a message to the channel".

(2) From the "Select Integration Account and Action" screen in Chatwork, verify there are no errors in the account information for integration with Chatwork, keep the action as "Send a message", and click "Next".

(3) From the "API Connection Settings" screen, select the room ID from the options.

Proceed downwards, and the text entered in the message content will be notified to Chatwork.
By selecting from the output, you can quote information from Garoon.

Once the input is complete, click "Test" at the bottom, and if no errors occur, click "Save".
(4) Finally, click "Turn ON Trigger".
