When there are new hires or transfers within the company, it is essential to handle procedures in a high-security environment, and system administrators need to rigorously verify information. By incorporating app integration between Garoon and WordPress using Yoom into your operations, you can reduce the burden of user addition tasks after approval and speed up information sharing, leading to improved productivity. This article explains how to set up an automated flow to add users to WordPress when a workflow is approved in Garoon, and the benefits of implementing it.
Automatically adding users to WordPress when a workflow is approved in Garoon eliminates the need for manual input. This prevents human errors and speeds up the process from approval to user registration. For example, after approving new project members, you can immediately register them in the designated area of WordPress, reducing the waiting time before the project starts. Automatic information addition also reduces the risk of human error and information leakage during operations.
By ensuring that only approved users are automatically registered in WordPress, you can reduce the risk of unauthorized access and misuse. For example, if you operate a WordPress portal site exclusively for employees, centralized management of access rights becomes possible, effectively preventing unauthorized use. It helps maintain high security standards while sharing information.
Automatically registering users in WordPress after workflow approval allows employees to quickly access the necessary information and tools. For instance, when a manager approves the registration of a new employee, they can quickly access internal manuals and training materials published on the dedicated WordPress site. This enables new employees to smoothly adapt to their work in a high-security environment and utilize the necessary resources.
Let's create a flowbot using the template "Add a user to WordPress when a workflow is approved in Garoon."
[About Yoom]
This can be achieved by receiving the approval of a workflow in Garoon using Garoon's API and registering and adding the user data registered in Garoon to a specific area of WordPress using WordPress's API. Generally, programming knowledge is required to achieve this, but with the no-code tool Yoom, it can be easily accomplished without programming knowledge.
The work until the flow is completed proceeds as follows.
If you are not using Yoom, please register for free from here. If you are already using Yoom, please log in.
The template will be copied, so click the "OK" button.
You will be taken to the "My Projects" screen of your Yoom account, so please check the template content.
There are two setup flows.

There are other examples of automation using WordPress on Yoom, so here are a few introductions.
This is a flow that automatically creates a user with specific permissions in WordPress when an employee is registered in SmartHR.
It reduces the time spent on employee registration and prevents human errors such as input mistakes and registration omissions.
This flow is recommended for those managing employee data in Notion.
By automating tasks and preventing human errors such as input mistakes, registration can be carried out smoothly, allowing new personnel to engage in their duties with confidence.
This is a recommended flow for companies that create and operate their internal portal site using WordPress.
