k.ueno

When there are new hires or transfers within the company, it is essential to handle procedures in a high-security environment, and system administrators need to rigorously verify information. By incorporating app integration between Garoon and WordPress using Yoom into your operations, you can reduce the burden of user addition tasks after approval and speed up information sharing, leading to improved productivity. This article explains how to set up an automated flow to add users to WordPress when a workflow is approved in Garoon, and the benefits of implementing it.

Recommended for

  • System department staff interested in automating the workflow approval process
  • Team leaders who want to improve the speed of internal information sharing
  • Those who want to enhance security standards through tool integration
  • Those considering automating tasks using IT tools
  • Those using Garoon and WordPress and looking to improve operational efficiency by integrating them

Benefits and Examples of Integrating Garoon and WordPress

1. Reduction of Manual Work

Automatically adding users to WordPress when a workflow is approved in Garoon eliminates the need for manual input. This prevents human errors and speeds up the process from approval to user registration. For example, after approving new project members, you can immediately register them in the designated area of WordPress, reducing the waiting time before the project starts. Automatic information addition also reduces the risk of human error and information leakage during operations.

2. Centralization of Authentication Flow

By ensuring that only approved users are automatically registered in WordPress, you can reduce the risk of unauthorized access and misuse. For example, if you operate a WordPress portal site exclusively for employees, centralized management of access rights becomes possible, effectively preventing unauthorized use. It helps maintain high security standards while sharing information.

3. Acceleration of Information Sharing

Automatically registering users in WordPress after workflow approval allows employees to quickly access the necessary information and tools. For instance, when a manager approves the registration of a new employee, they can quickly access internal manuals and training materials published on the dedicated WordPress site. This enables new employees to smoothly adapt to their work in a high-security environment and utilize the necessary resources.
