Step 1: Register GMO Sign and Airtable as My Apps in Yoom
First, register GMO Sign and Airtable as My Apps in Yoom.
1. How to register GMO Sign
Click on "My Apps" in the left column and search for GMO Sign from "New Connection".
Set the account name as desired. Enter "GMO" for the access token and click add.
This completes the registration of GMO Sign as My App.
2. How to register Airtable Next, search for Airtable from "New Connection".
Select the relevant workspace from "Add + Space" and click "Allow Access".
This completes the registration of Airtable as My App!
Next, copy the template to My Project and create a Flowbot. If you haven't copied it yet, please copy the Flowbot template from below.

Step 2: Setting the trigger to activate when the GMO Sign signature is completed
First, please click on the item "When the signature is completed".

Copy the Webhook URL from the above screen and set it in the GMO Sign management screen. After setting the Webhook, complete a sample signature in GMO Sign. * Note) This flow bot is created assuming that it will be updated by adding a contract date. Please enter the Airtable record ID in GMO Sign's Note 1.
Conduct a test, and if the test is successful, the "Transaction ID" of the sample signature registered earlier will be obtained as output. Once the output is correctly obtained, click "Save".
Step 3: Generate an access token for GMO Sign
Next, click on the item "Generate Access Token".

Please enter the secret key and customer ID, referring to the annotations. Conduct a test, and if successful, an "Access Token" will be obtained as output. Once the output is correctly obtained, click "Save".
Step 4: Retrieve document details from GMO Sign
Next, click on the item "Retrieve Document Details".

Please re-enter the secret key and customer ID that you entered in Step 3.
