Step 2: Set Up App Trigger with GMO Sign

The initial setting is "When the signature is completed".
On the first page, the account information of GMO Sign linked with My App is reflected.

If necessary, modify the title to something easy to understand.
If the account information is correctly reflected, proceed to the next step.

Next, use the Webhook URL to confirm the app connection.
Copy the URL, complete a test signature, and then click "Test".

In doing so, you need to obtain permission to use Webhooks from GMO Sign in advance.

Step 3: Set Up Access Token Generation

Next is "Generate Access Token".
On the first page, as before, verify the account information and modify the title if necessary.

On the next page, generate the access token.

The secret key and customer ID can be obtained by inquiring with GMO Sign when setting up the webhook.

Once both fields are entered, click "Test".

Here, you can obtain the access token as output. (In reality, the value is displayed next to the output in the image above)

Finally, click "Save" to complete the access token generation setup.

Step 4: Set Up Document Detail Retrieval

Next is "Retrieve Document Details".
The first page is the same as before, so make the necessary corrections and proceed.

The access token output should be reflected, so re-enter the secret key and customer ID you entered in the previous setup and click "Test".

If the test is successful, you can obtain the information of the GMO Sign that was tentatively completed as output.

If the test values are reflected next to the above items, the test is successful.
Click "Save" to complete the document detail retrieval setup.

Step 5: Set Up Notification to Slack

The final setting is "Send a Message to the Channel".
The first page involves account information and optional title modification.

If there are no issues, proceed to the next step and configure the details for notifying Slack.

Select the channel ID to post to from the options, and use the output to input the message content.
Once input is complete, click "Test" to obtain the output.

If there are no issues with the output, click "Save" to complete all settings!
Finally, turn on the trigger to activate the flow.

Now, when a contract is completed with GMO Sign, it will be automatically notified to Slack!
