Other Examples of Automation Using Google Calendar and Chatwork

There are many other examples of automation using Google Calendar and Chatwork in Yoom, so let me introduce a few.

1. Template for Reading Chatwork Notifications and Registering Events in Google Calendar

It is possible to eliminate the hassle of manually creating events by accessing Google Calendar. You can create events in Google Calendar using Chatwork, which can improve work efficiency.

2. A template to retrieve your schedule for the day from Google Calendar and notify you on Discord daily

You can retrieve information from Google Calendar and notify it on Discord. This helps you avoid missing important appointments and makes daily task management easier. Especially for busy business people, having your schedule automatically notified can serve as a schedule reminder, allowing you to make effective use of your time.

3. Template for Retrieving Today's Schedule from Google Calendar and Notifying on Slack Daily

By integrating Google Calendar with Slack, you can easily keep track of your daily schedule. This eliminates the need to check your schedule at the start of the day, allowing you to focus on your tasks immediately.

Benefits and Examples of Integrating Google Calendar with Chatwork

Benefit 1: Preventing Overlook of Important Deadlines and Events

When overwhelmed with daily tasks, it's easy to overlook important deadlines and appointments. Even if they are registered in a calendar tool, it's not uncommon to notice them only at the last minute. By utilizing an automated notification system that integrates Google Calendar with Chatwork, you can address this issue. For example, whether a project delivery deadline is approaching or an important meeting is scheduled for the next day, you can ensure that you are aware of high-priority events. This automation can help prevent overlooking important work schedules.

Benefit 2: Managing Schedules During Remote Work

With the rise of telecommuting, it has become challenging to keep track of team members' work statuses and schedules. It may also take time to coordinate schedules as individual communication is necessary. These challenges can be addressed by integrating Google Calendar with Chatwork. For instance, even if there is a mix of remote and office workers, you can instantly check each other's availability and schedules within Chatwork's message groups, facilitating smooth communication.

Benefit 3: Improving Work Efficiency by Reducing Morning Briefing Time

Many companies allocate time during morning meetings or at the start of the workday to share schedules within the team. However, spending too much time on this task can risk reducing work efficiency. By setting up automatic notifications from Google Calendar to Chatwork, you can reduce this time. For example, if the day's schedule is automatically shared on Chatwork every morning at 9 AM, morning briefings become unnecessary, allowing that time to be dedicated to other important tasks. This automation can lead to improved work efficiency within the company.

Conclusion

We have introduced a method to integrate Google Calendar with Chatwork and automatically notify daily schedules.

In work, checking and sharing schedules is an essential part of the job. However, the hassle of checking each tool individually and overlooking important schedules can lower work efficiency.

These issues can be addressed by implementing automatic notifications from Google Calendar to Chatwork. It will prevent overlooking important schedules and streamline schedule management for the entire team.

It leads to improved work efficiency and better communication, so please give it a try.
