Step 1: Connect Google Sheets and Anthropic to My Apps

First, connect Google Sheets and Anthropic to My Apps.
After logging into Yoom, click on "My Apps" on the left side of the screen and search for Google Sheets from "+ New Connection".

Click "Sign in with Google" to sign in.

By granting access, the connection of Google Sheets to My Apps is completed.

Next, search for Anthropic from "+ New Connection".

Set any name for "Account Name".
For "Access Token", set the API key issued by Anthropic as instructed.
Click "Add" to complete the connection with Anthropic.

Next, let's proceed with the setup using a template.
Log into Yoom and click "Try it" on the banner below.

"Template has been copied!" will be displayed, so click "OK" to complete the copy.

Step 2: Load Information from Google Sheets

Next, load information from Google Sheets.

Click "When a row is added".

Next, check the "Account information to link with Google Sheets".
You can freely edit the title, but do not change the trigger action, and click "Next".

Set up the API connection.
You can select the "Trigger interval" from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
*Please note that the shortest trigger interval varies depending on the plan.
For "Spreadsheet ID" and "Sheet ID", click the field and select the appropriate ID from the displayed options.
For "Table range" and "Column with unique values", set them while checking the relevant sheet.

Step 3: Create Descriptions with Anthropic

Next, set up to create descriptions with Anthropic.
Click "Generate Text".

Edit the title as desired and check the account information, then click "Next".

Let's set the details of the prompt.
For "model", set the AI model to execute by referring to the annotation.
For "role" in "messages", set the role of the input message to either user or assistant as per the annotation.
For "content" in "messages", set the instruction to the AI. Here, click the input field and add the "Product Information" loaded from Google Sheets.

Check the response content in the output and click "Save".

Step 4: Update Descriptions in Google Sheets

Next, set up to update descriptions in Google Sheets.
Click "Update Record".

Edit the title as desired and check the account information.
Then, set the same values as in Step 2 for "Database Integration" and click "Next".

Set "① Condition for the record you want to update". This time, we set the condition as "when the product name saved in the spreadsheet is equal to the product name for which the description was created".
For "② Value of the record after update", click the input field for product description and select "Response Content" from Anthropic. Note that fields left blank will not be updated from their original values.
Once each item is set, click "Test" and after confirming the data update in Google Sheets, click "Save".

Finally, click "Turn on Trigger" to complete the flow setup.
