Let's Create a Workflow to Integrate Airtable with Forms
Now, let's actually create a workflow to integrate Airtable with forms! This time, we'll proceed with the setup using Yoom without any coding, so if you don't have a Yoom account yet, please issue one from the registration form here.
[What is Yoom]
This time, we will create a flow bot that adds to Airtable when a form response is submitted! We will create it in the following major steps.
Integrate Airtable with My Apps
Copy the template
Set the trigger for the Yoom form and the action for Airtable
Turn on the trigger and verify the operation of the integration flow
Step 1: Connect Airtable to My App
Let's register My App to connect Airtable to Yoom. By completing the My App registration first, you can proceed with the automation settings smoothly.
1. Click on My App on the left side of the Yoom page and select "+ Add". Enter "Airtable" in the search box at the top right and select the Airtable icon from the search results.
2. On the displayed screen, enter your email address and click "Continue". On the next screen, enter your password and click "Sign In".
On the next screen, add a base and click "Allow Access".
If Airtable is displayed in My App, the registration is complete.
Step 2: Copy the Template
Let's create a flow from here! Since we are using a template, open the following template page and click "Try it".
The template will be automatically copied to your workspace. Please click "OK" on the next screen.
Step 3: Form Trigger Settings
*The following screen will appear when you click on "【Copy】Add to Airtable when a response is submitted to the form" in the Flowbot on the left side of the Yoom page under "My Projects".
1. Click "OK" on the previous screen, then click the form trigger "Form" on the displayed screen.
2. Set up the input form on the displayed screen. Configure the question text (supplementary text for the question), question format, and whether it is a required field.
Optionally, configure "Completion Page Settings," "Access Restrictions," and "Flowbot Initiator for Shared Form Use." *In this case, we used a template to set it up as shown in the image below.
Once you have finished entering, click "Next."
3. Enter each item of "Acquired Values." *The item names for each item will display the question text from the previous step. *Since the setup is not yet complete, you need to enter it manually, but once the setup is complete, the values will be entered automatically.
4. Once you have finished entering, click "Save." *The entered output (acquired values) can also be used in the next settings.
Step 4: Airtable Settings
1. Click on "Create Record" to integrate with the app.
Check each item and click "Next."
2. Set up the API connection. Enter "Base ID" and "Table ID or Name" according to the instructions below the input fields.
For each item in "Field Information," select the value from the output (acquired values) that appears when you click the input field.
Once you have finished entering, execute "Test," and if successful, click "Save."
Step 5: Turn on the Trigger Button and Verify the Integration Flow
Click the "Turn on the trigger" button in the red frame on the screen below to automatically start the Flowbot.
Other Automation Examples Using Airtable

What is Yoom hyperautomation?
Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated. With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.
Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
