  • Set the trigger to ON and complete the preparation for flow operation

Step 1: My App Integration

Here, we will integrate Yoom with each app to enable operations.
First, log in to Yoom, click on "My Apps" in the left menu, and then click the "Add" button on the right.

ZOOM Integration

1. Search
Enter "Zoom (OAuth)" in the search box and click on the Zoom (OAuth) icon.

2. Sign In
Enter the Client ID and Client Secret. For more details, please check here.

Return to the Yoom screen, and if the following display appears, the integration is complete!

Bitly Integration

1. Search
Enter "Bitly" in the search box and click on the Bitly icon.

2. Sign In
You will see the following screen, so please sign in using one of the methods.

3. Grant Access
A confirmation screen will appear asking if Yoom can access Bitly. Press "Allow" to proceed.

Return to the Yoom screen, and if the following display appears, the integration is complete!

Step 2: Copy Template

Now, let's start creating the flow!
There is a template available for easy setup, so let's copy it first.
Log in to Yoom and click "Try it" on the banner below.

1. Click "See Details" on the banner above
2. When the screen changes, click "Try this template"
3. If you haven't registered with Yoom yet, please register
※ If you have already registered, the login screen will be displayed, so please enter your login information.
4. The template will be copied to your Yoom management screen as shown below, so press OK to proceed with the settings.

Step 3: Setting the Form Trigger

1. Select the Trigger
First, let's create a form!
Click the red frame below.

2. Create the Form
Here, you will create the form that will act as the trigger.
This time, we created a form like the one below. You can add or delete questions, so customize it as you like!
Once you have completed the input, press "Next" to proceed.

3. Confirm Form Display and Detailed Settings
Select the red frame below and preview to check if the content of the form you set earlier is reflected correctly.
If there is an error in the content, go back to the previous screen and correct it.

If the preview content is correct, enter the following items.
Try entering a sample response for the form you created.
This time, we entered the test content as shown below.
Once you have entered it, select "Save" and proceed to the next step!

Step 4: Setting Up Zoom Meeting Creation

1. Select the Trigger
Click the red frame below.
The screen will transition, and the content you entered in Step 1 will be reflected. If no corrections are needed for the title, click "Next" as is.

2. API Connection Settings
Here, you will enter the Zoom information. For items that require attention, refer to the notes below and enter accordingly.

  • Topic: When you click the input field, retrieved value like the one below will be displayed. Enter the content you want to display in the topic as you like.

  • Start Date and Time: When you click the input field, retrieved value will be displayed. Use forms, etc., to enter.

This time, we entered it as follows.

Once the input is complete, try running "Test"!
If the test is successful, retrieved data like the one below will be displayed. If the Zoom meeting information is reflected, it's OK.
Finally, select "Save" and proceed to the next step.

Step 5: Bitly Link Shortening Settings

1. Select the Trigger
Click the red frame below.
The screen will transition, and the content you entered in Step 1 will be reflected. If no corrections are needed for the title, click "Next" as is.

2. API Connection Settings
Here, you will set up Bitly to shorten the Zoom invitation link.

  • Target URL: When you click the input field, the retrieved value like the one below will be displayed. Select the Zoom invitation link you created earlier.

Once the input is complete, try running "Test"!
If the test is successful, retrieved data like the one below will be displayed. If the shortened link is reflected, it's OK.
Finally, return to the Yoom screen, press "Save," and proceed to the next step.

Step 6: Email Sending Settings

1. Select the Trigger
Click the red frame below.

2. Email Settings
Here, you will set up the content of the email to be sent.

  • To: When you click the input field, the retrieved value like the one below will be displayed. Select the email address from the form response or enter the email address directly as you like.
  • Body: When you click the input field, the retrieved value will be displayed, so customize it as you like.

3. Test Email Sending
The content you set earlier will be displayed.
Check for any errors in the content, and if there are no issues, try running "Test"!
If the test is successful, the email should have been sent to the specified email address, so check it.
If the email with the content you set is received as shown below, it's OK.
Finally, return to the Yoom screen, press "Save," and proceed to the next step.

Step 7: Turn ON the Trigger and Check Operation

Congratulations! All settings are now complete.
Once the settings are complete, a menu like the one below will be displayed, so turn ON the trigger.
Now that all settings are complete, let's check the operation!
