This time, we will create a flow bot that creates a folder in Canva when a response is submitted through a form!
We will create it in the following major steps.
Let's register My Apps to connect Canva to Yoom.
By completing the My Apps registration first, you can proceed with the automation settings smoothly.
1. Click on My Apps on the left side of the Yoom page and select "+ Add".
Enter "Canva" in the search box at the top right and select the Canva icon from the search results.
2. On the displayed screen, click "Continue with Email".
Enter your email address, enter the code sent to your email, and click "Continue."
On the next screen, click "Allow".
If Canva is displayed in My Apps, the registration is complete.
Let's start creating the flow from here! Since we are using a template, open the following template page and click 'Try it'.
The template will be automatically copied to your workspace. Please click "OK" on the next screen that appears.
※The following screen will appear when you click on "【Copy】Create a folder in Canva when a response is submitted via the form" displayed in the Flowbot under "My Projects" on the left side of the Yoom page screen.
1. Click "OK" on the previous screen, then click on the form trigger "Form" on the displayed screen.
2. Set up the input form on the displayed screen.
Configure the question text (supplementary text for the question), question format, and whether it is a required field.
Optionally, configure "Completion Page Settings," "Access Restrictions," and "Flowbot Initiator When Using Shared Form."
※In this case, we used a template to configure as shown in the image below.
Once you have finished entering, click "Next."
3. Enter each item of "Acquired Values."
※The item names for each item will display the question text from the previous step.
※Since the settings are not yet complete, you need to enter manually, but once the settings are complete, values will be entered automatically.
4. Once you have finished entering, click "Save."
※The entered output (acquired values) can also be used in the next settings.
1. Click on "Create Folder" to integrate with the app.
Check each item and click "Next."
2. Set up the API connection.
For "Folder Name," select from the output (acquired values) displayed when you click the input field.
For "Parent Folder ID," enter according to the explanation below the input field.
※In this case, we configured as shown in the image below.
Once you have finished entering, execute "Test," and if successful, click "Save."
Click the "Turn on the trigger" button in the red frame on the screen below, and the Flowbot will automatically start.
