The creation process is broadly divided into the following steps.
[Preparation Kit]
To register Kit's My App, you need an access token and API Secret.
Set the API Key issued by Kit as the access token and the API Secret as the API Secret.
Please log in to Kit to obtain them.
1)Once logged into your Yoom account, register the app you will use next.
Click "My Apps" and select "Add".
2)A list of apps that can be connected with Yoom will be displayed, and you can search for each app one by one using the search box.

Once you can select Kit, enter the information obtained in advance and click "Add".
3)Once registration is complete, an icon will be displayed in My Apps.
Please check if the icon of the registered app is displayed.

2) Create a response form.

Edit the questions to match the information you want to collect.

You can also set the content of the completion page that is displayed when the response form is completed.

3) "Retrieved values" will be displayed as a sample of the response in the subsequent flow.
Since it is already entered here, please check the content and "Save".
If you add new questions or modify the question content, please enter "○○ (question content) response".
1) Return to the flow and click on the icon "Integrate with app Add subscribers to form".
2) Make sure the action "Add subscribers to form" is selected, and click "Next".
3) You can insert the information from the response form as retrieved value in the input.
Select the relevant information from the options and enter it.

After the test is complete, click "Save".
