This time, we will create a flow that notifies Google Chat when a response is submitted through the form!
The creation process is broadly divided into the following steps.
(1) After logging into Yoom, select "My Apps" from the left column and click "+ Add".
From the list of new connections in My Apps, click on Google Chat.
*Integration with Google Chat is only available in the Google Workspace environment. Please check the explanation below for detailed methods and settings.

(2) The following content will appear, so enter the Client ID and Client Secret, and click "Register".

Once the integration is complete, Google Chat will be registered in My Apps on Yoom.
This completes the registration of My Apps.
Next, let's set up triggers using templates!
From here, we will start creating the flow!
By using Yoom's templates, you can easily automate your tasks.
First, open the template page below and click 'Try it'.
When you copy, the template will be copied to your Yoom management screen as shown in the image below, so press OK to proceed with the settings!
(1) Set the configuration for when the form is answered.
Click on "Form" in the Yoom form trigger.
(2) From the "Create Form" screen, select the question content and response method from the dropdown.
Scroll down and enter the heading and completion message description for the completion page.
The entered content will be automatically sent to the respondent.
Once the input is complete, click "Next" at the bottom.
(3) From the "Form Display Confirmation and Detailed Settings" screen, check the form display.
By clicking on the preview page and completion page in the red frame, you can see how it will appear to the respondent!
If there are no issues with the form content, click "Save"!
(1) Next, integrate with Google Chat to send messages to the space.
Click "Send Message to Space".
(2) From the "Select Integration Account and Action" screen in Google Chat, check that there are no errors in the account information to be integrated with Google Chat, keep the action as "Send Message to Space", and click "Next".
(3) From the "API Connection Settings" screen, check the red line and enter the Space ID, Key, and Token.

How to Send Messages to Space in Google Chat
The content entered in "Message Content" will be notified in Google Chat.
As shown in the image below, you can use "retrieved values" in the text to quote information obtained from the form!

Once the input is complete, click "Test" at the bottom, and if no errors occur, click "Save".
Thank you for your hard work! All settings are now complete.
Once the settings are complete, the following menu will be displayed, so turn the trigger ON.
