This time, we will proceed with the setup using Yoom in a no-code manner. If you don't have a Yoom account yet, please create one using this registration form.
[What is Yoom]
This time, we will create a flow bot that "uploads files attached to a form to OneDrive".
The creation process is broadly divided as follows:
First, register the app you will be using as My App.
By registering My App in advance and linking it with Yoom, you can smoothly proceed with the subsequent flow settings.
Now, let's link your current OneDrive with Yoom.
Select My Apps on the left side of the Yoom screen and choose "Add" displayed on the right side.
Search for OneDrive in the search box.
The sign-in screen will appear, so enter the email address and password of the account you want to link with Yoom.
*Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) has plans for home use and general business use (Microsoft 365 Business). If you are not subscribed to the general business plan, you may fail to link with Yoom, so please be careful.
If OneDrive is displayed in the My Apps section, the link with Yoom is complete!
From here, we will proceed with the actual flow bot settings.
To make the setup easy, let's use a template. Click "Try it" on the banner below to copy the template.
When clicked, the template will be automatically copied to your current Yoom screen. Select "OK" and proceed to the next step.
※The template will be automatically saved in "My Projects".
You can change the template name as needed, so please use a convenient title!
The template you just copied is stored in "Templates" displayed by clicking "My Projects" on the left side of the Yoom screen.
Click the ellipsis (…) on the right and select "Edit" to change the title.
Let's set up the form trigger.
Here, we will configure the settings to automatically launch the flow bot when a response is submitted to the form.
Select "form" from the copied template.
Default question items are set, but please edit them to suit the business content you are using.
Click "Add" to increase the number of question items.

Also, configure the completion page as needed.
Feel free to configure other items as you like!
Once the settings are complete, proceed to the next step and set a test attachment in "Retrieved Values".
Click "Browse" to set a test image.
※When the flow bot is actually put into operation, files attached to the form will be automatically retrieved, but for testing purposes, attachments are set manually for now.
After completing the settings, click "Save" and proceed to the next step!
Next, configure the settings to automatically upload files attached to the form to OneDrive.
Click "Upload File".
The account information linked in Step 1 is reflected in the linked account information.
Keep the action as "Upload File" and proceed to the next step.
Set the required items.
Once the settings are complete, click "Test".
If the test is successful, the item ID and other information will be reflected in "Retrieved Value" as shown in the figure below.
The file will actually be uploaded to OneDrive, so please check it.
After checking, please save it.
Once all settings are complete, the popup shown below will appear.
Turn on the trigger and verify that the file attached to the form is uploaded to OneDrive.
