The creation process is broadly divided into the following steps.
1. How to Register with Softr
After logging into the Yoom workspace, click on "+ Add" on the My Apps screen.
A search window will appear, so search for Softr.
The Softr registration screen will appear, so let's proceed with the setup.
Set the account name as desired, and enter the API Key by referring to this help page.
Once the setup is complete, click "Add" to complete the Softr app integration!
Once the My App integration is complete, proceed to set up the Flowbot template.
Yoom provides templates that make automation easy to set up, so copy and use them from the banner below.
When the popup below appears, click "OK" to start the setup!
First, click on the item labeled "Fprm".
The form content is already set.
You can change the title, so feel free to set it to something convenient for you!
By default, questions for "Email Address" and "Full Name" are set.
You can add items by clicking the "Add" button at the bottom of each item, so please modify or add according to your needs.
Once the setup is complete, click "Preview Page" to check the page of the form you will actually use!
Only for paid plans, you can optionally set up the completion page (the screen that appears after form submission) and access restrictions.
These items are optional settings, so it's okay if they are not set!
Set the initiator of the flow bot from the dropdown as desired.
Once the setup is complete, click the "Next" button.
A screen for checking the form display and detailed settings will appear.
The items of the form you just set will be displayed, so set a sample temporary response and click "Save".
Next, let's set up the "Create User" item in the Softr icon.
The next page displayed is pre-configured.
Check that the linked account is correctly set, and click the "Next" button as it is.
Email and Full Name are set as shown in the image below, so it's okay as it is!
With this setting, when the form is answered, "Email Address" and "Full Name" will be automatically quoted from the values obtained from the form, and a User will be automatically created in Softr.

Password and Generate Magic Link can be set optionally. (If not needed, it's okay to leave them unset!)
Set as needed, referring to the annotations outside the frame.
Once the setup is complete, click the test button, and if successful, save the settings as they are.
Finally, click "Turn On Trigger" to complete the setup of the flow "Create a User in Softr based on Form Responses"!
Make sure the flow bot is activated correctly.
