Step 1: Register Google Calendar and Discord as My Apps

Please register Google Calendar and Discord as My Apps to connect them to Yoom.
By completing the My Apps registration in advance, you can smoothly proceed with the automation settings.

Register Google Calendar as My App

1. First, let's register Google Calendar as My App.
Click "My Apps" → "+ Add" on the left side of the Yoom screen.

Search for Google Calendar from the app list or use the search function to find it.

2. Log in with your Google account and click "Continue".

3. On the next page, click "Continue" and Google Calendar will be linked to My Apps!

Register Discord as My App

3. Next, register Discord as My App.
As in (1), search for Discord from “+Add” in Yoom, click it, and sign in.

Enter the account name and access token, then click "Add".

※ For the Bot token to be entered in the access token field, please refer to this article and obtain it from the Discord Developer Portal.

Once each is registered in Yoom's My Apps, the integration is complete!

Step 2: Copy the Template

1. To set up automation, click "Try it" on the banner below.

2. Read the following screen display and click "OK".

Step 3: Set Trigger Action for Google Calendar

1. It's time to start setting up the flow! First, click the ”When a schedule is updated”.

2. The following screen will be displayed, so check the settings and press "Next".

  • "Title" → Can be freely changed
  • "App" → Google Calendar
  • "Account information linked with Google Calendar" → Check for any discrepancies in the account
  • "Trigger Action" → When the schedule is update

3. Set the trigger activation interval from the dropdown according to your needs.
※ The shortest activation interval varies depending on your contracted plan.

4. Select the "Calendar ID" from the candidates.

5. Move to the Google Calendar screen and update the test schedule.

This time, it was updated as follows ↓

6. After setting, click "Test". If the test is successful, you can obtain the output.
Check and save the obtained content as it will be used for the next setting.

Step 4: Set Notification to Discord

1. We're almost done with the final setting! Click the "Send Message".

2. The following screen will be displayed, so check the settings.

  • "Title" → Can be freely changed
  • "App" → Discord
  • "Account information linked with Discord" → Check for any discrepancies in the account
  • "Action" → Send message

3. Enter the "Channel ID" of the posting destination. Enter the Discord channel you want to notify.

4. Enter the "Message Content" according to your needs!
※ By combining "Message Content" with templates or output, you can automatically notify according to the content of each schedule.

If the test is successful, check if the notification has been received on Discord!

After confirmation, click "Save".

Step 5: Set Trigger to ON and Check Operation
