Now, let's create a flow that sends a notification to Slack whenever a file is uploaded to OneDrive!

This time, we will create a flow bot that notifies Slack when a file is uploaded to OneDrive!
The creation process is broadly divided into the following steps:
First, register your "OneDrive" and "Slack" apps.
Click "+ Add" on the right from "My Apps" on the left.
After clicking "+ Add," search for "OneDrive" from the app list.
"Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)" offers both personal and business plans (Microsoft 365 Business). If you do not have a business plan, authentication from Yoom may not work properly, so please be careful.
There are no special operations required, and the integration will be completed in no time!
Once "OneDrive" appears in My Apps, registration is complete!
Search for "Slack" from the app list.
Refer to this article to register your app.
Log in to the workspace you want to use.Click "Allow."
If you are already logged in, the following screen will appear.
Click the "Allow" button at the bottom.
Once "Slack" appears in My Apps, registration is complete!
Let's create a Flow Bot from here!
Click "Try it" on the banner below to copy the template.
Once the template has been copied, the following screen will appear.
Click "OK" to proceed to the next step.
First, set up the trigger.
Click "File created in a specific folder or..."
When the following screen appears, check the account information to be linked and proceed to the next step.
Next, set up the API connection.
The trigger activation interval is the setting for how often to activate this trigger.
Select from the dropdown according to your business needs.
The trigger activation timing can be set to 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
Depending on the plan you are using, the shortest interval for setting the trigger may vary, so be sure to check!
Basically, the shortest activation interval of that plan is recommended!
Select the Drive ID from the options.
Enter the folder name, referring to the notes below the input field.
Enter words that are easy to search for.
Select the Folder ID from the options.
If it's hard to find, try searching for the target folder from the search window!
When a file is uploaded to the specified OneDrive folder, the flow will start.
Use the "Test" button at the bottom to conduct a test.
Before testing, please upload a file to the specified folder!
By quoting the following output in the subsequent settings, you will achieve data integration between OneDrive and Slack!
Click "Save" to proceed to the next step.
Next, set up the notification to be sent to Slack.
Click "Send message to the channel".
When the following screen appears, check the account information to be linked and proceed to the next step!
API connection settings.
Select the channel ID to post to from the options.
Notifications will be sent to the channel specified here.
Enter the message, referring to the following setting example.
This is the message for the notification.
Select the file name and URL from the output.
It's recommended to include the URL so that it can be checked from the notification message!
Let's conduct a test.
Once you confirm the success of the test, check if the notification has arrived in the specified Slack channel.
If the notification has arrived in Slack, it's OK!
Click "Save".
When the following screen appears, click "Turn on the trigger".
This completes all the settings!
