🔧 What You’ll Need
If you don’t have a Yoom account yet, register now from this registration form!
Go to My Apps in Yoom and click the "+ Add" button. Select WooCommerce.

When the following screen appears, enter your account name, Consumer Key, and Consumer Secret as shown in the annotations.
Click "Add".

Similarly, click the "+ Add " button and select Salesforce.
Enter your Salesforce username and password to log in.
⚠️ Note:
If Salesforce is already connected with other services, Yoom’s API connection may not work properly.

On the permission screen, click "Allow".

Click the "Try it" button to copy the pre-built Flowbot into your project.
Yoom copies this template to your “My Project”.
Click "OK" and give it a name so it’s easy to recognize.

In the copied flow, click the app trigger step labeled "When a customer is created".

Give your trigger a title (anything you like).
Select your WooCommerce account, and check the default settings. If there are no issues click “Next”.

Manually enter the TOP page URL as indicated by the annotation outside the frame.Click the "Test" button to verify the connection. If the test is successful, proceed to the next page.

Create a test customer in WooCommerce. (You can enter any customer info).
Return to Yoom, and run the test. The created customer info should appear as retrieved value. You’ll use these data in the following steps to map fields to Salesforce, so check the details are correct!

Open Salesforce’s action step, "Add a record".

Give your action a title (anything you like).
Select your Salesforce account, and check the default settings. If there are no issues click “Next”.
