This time, we will proceed with the setup using Yoom without any coding, so if you don't have a Yoom account yet, please issue one from this registration form.

[What is Yoom]

This time, we will create a flow bot to update Notion records based on Hubspot form content!
We will create it in the following steps:

 • Integrate Notion and Hubspot with My Apps
 • Copy the template
 • Set up Notion triggers and Hubspot operations
 • Turn on the trigger and verify the operation of the integration flow

Step 1: Connect Notion and Hubspot with My Apps

Let's register My Apps to connect Notion and Hubspot to Yoom.
By registering My Apps first, you can proceed with the automation settings smoothly.

Before connecting, make sure to submit a form in Hubspot and create a database in Notion!
※ This time, we created a database as shown in the image below.
Once the task is completed, we will set it up to send the task name and completion date via the form and update the red-framed part of the image to "Completed".

1. Click on My Apps on the left side of the Yoom page and select "Add".
Enter "Notion" in the search box at the top right and select the Notion icon from the search results.

2. On the displayed screen, enter your email address and click "Continue".

On the next screen, click "Select pages".

On the next screen, click "Allow access".

3. Next, register Hubspot with My Apps.
