How to Update Kaonavi's Member Basic Information and Notify Chatwork When Database Information is Updated
By pre-storing Kaonavi's member information in Yoom's database and updating that database, it is possible to update the basic information of members on the Kaonavi side via Kaonavi's API and notify Chatwork using Chatwork's API. Generally, programming knowledge is required to achieve this, but it can be easily realized without programming knowledge by using the no-code tool Yoom.
The work until the flow is completed proceeds as follows.

Copy the template
Integrate with Yoom's database and set up Kaonavi, followed by Chatwork settings
Turn on the trigger
If you are not using Yoom, please register for free from here. If you are already using Yoom, please log in.
・Integrate Kaonavi and Chatwork with My Apps
(1) First, connect Kaonavi to My Apps. After logging into your Yoom account, click "My Apps" on the left panel and search for Kaonavi from "New Connection".
(2) Click on the Kaonavi app icon that appears.
(3) Enter "Account Name" and "API Token", then click [Add]. Kaonavi connection is now complete. For details on how to integrate Kaonavi with My Apps, please check here.
(4) Next, integrate the Chatwork app. Select Chatwork just like you did for Kaonavi's My App registration.
(5) You will be redirected to the Chatwork login screen, where you should enter your Chatwork account email address and click [Continue]. On the next screen, enter your "Password" and click [Login].
(6) You will be redirected to a screen asking for permission to integrate, review the details, and click [Allow].
The connection with Chatwork is now complete.
Once the connection is successful, you will be redirected to the My Apps screen of your Yoom account with both apps added. Both apps are now connected to your Yoom account.
・Copy the Template
After confirming that the new connection of the target app to your Yoom account is complete, click the "Try this template" icon below.
The template will be copied, so please click the "OK" button.
Please move to the "My Projects" screen of your Yoom account and check the template content.
*This flow includes an action that sets the Yoom database as a trigger, so you need to register and set information such as [Employee Number] and [Name] in the Yoom database before using the template.
There are three setup flows.
・Check Yoom Database Information
(1) First, set the app trigger for the Yoom database.
From the My Projects on the left side of your Yoom account screen, click "【Copy】Update member basic information in Kaonavi and notify Chatwork when database information is updated".
After clicking, the template content will be displayed as shown in the following screen.
(2) First, click on the trigger "When the database is updated".
(3) In this flow, you will need an action to link with the Yoom database and retrieve information that matches the conditions from the Yoom database table. The Yoom database assumes that the following screen has been pre-configured.

In this case, information such as "Employee Number" and "Name" is registered as shown in the image. Make sure to register the corresponding information in Kaonavi. In 'Database Integration', select the target "Project", "Database", and "Table" from the dropdown menu. (The following is an example.)
(4) After setting the target database, click [Next].
(5) On the next screen, check the information retrieved from the database. You will obtain information as output as shown below. The output information can be referenced and utilized in subsequent steps, as noted in "This value can be used in other operations.". (The following is an example.)
・Kaonavi Settings
(1) Next, click on the second action "Update Member Basic Information".
(2) Enter the account information to be linked and click [Next].
(4) On the next screen, enter information in fields such as "Employee Number" and "Name". By clicking the input bar, you can reference the output obtained from the previous step, as shown in the image below.
(5) After entering the information, click [Test] and if there are no issues, click [Save].
・Chatwork Settings
(1) Finally, click on the third action "Send Message".
(2) Enter the account information to be linked and click [Next].
(3) On the next screen, set the "Room ID". As shown in the following screen, obtain content from the linked account, and use the expanded information in 'Candidates'.
(4) Set the "Message Content" as the message for notification. As shown in the following screen, you can utilize the output.
(5) If you want to set a mention, you can mention a specific user by writing [To:{Account ID}]. For information on how to check the account ID, please check here.
(6) After entering the information, click [Test] and if there are no issues, click [Save]. This completes the setup.
・Turn on the Trigger
By clicking the red frame part "Turn on Trigger" in the following screen, the flow bot will start automatically.
