How to Create a Workflow for Integrating kickflow and GMO Sign

This time, let's create a workflow for "Creating a contract based on kickflow information and sending it via GMO Sign"!

Step 1: Register My Apps

1. Integrate kickflow

・Once you have logged into the Yoom workspace, select My Apps → New Connection displayed at the top left of the screen.
・Click on kickflow.
・Set an account name of your choice.
・For the access token, log into kickflow, select "Access Token" from the person icon at the top right of the screen, and enter the issued access token.

2. Integrate GMO Sign

・Select My Apps → New Connection just like with kickflow.
・Click on GMO Sign.
・Enter the account name.
・Register "GMO" as the access token.

3. Integrate Google Docs

Since we will be using Google Docs to issue documents this time, register Google Docs in My Apps as well.

・Select My Apps → New Connection.
・Click on Google Docs.
・Press sign with Google.
・Click on the account you want to integrate in the account selection.
・Select "Next" when logging into Yoom.
・On the screen where Yoom is requesting additional access to your Google account, click "Continue".

This completes the My Apps registration.

Step 2: Set up kickflow triggers

1. Select the linked account and action

・Enter the title of the app trigger. The title can be anything you like.
・Select "When a Webhook is received" for the trigger action.

2. Set up the app trigger Webhook event reception

・Copy the webhook URL and set it up in the kickflow management screen.
・Send an event that will be a webhook event or trigger to test.
・Please check the precautions regarding the webhook before setting it up.

Step 3: Issue documents with Google Docs

1. Document integration

・Enter the title.
・Enter the document ID for template document integration.
・The part in the URL that is "/d/●●●●" is the file ID.

・Enter the folder ID of the Google Drive storage location.
・The part in the URL that is "/folders/●●●●" is the folder ID.
・Enter the desired file name for the output file name.

2. Set replacement conditions

・Enter the string after replacement.
・Embed the information obtained from the trigger selection as an output into the string.
・If there are no issues after testing, save it.

Step 4: Generate an access token with GMO Sign

1. Select the linked account and action

・Enter the title.
・Select "Generate access token" for the action.

2. API connection settings

・Set the secret key and customer ID.
・If there are no issues after testing, save it.

Step 5: Register envelope text with GMO Sign

1. Select the linked account and action

・Enter the title.
・Select "Register envelope text" for the action.

2. API connection settings

・Set the required items such as secret key, customer ID, and access token.
・For the access token, select the information obtained from "Generate access token" as the output.
・For the file attachment method, select "Use output" and "Issued document".

‍Step 6: Request a signature for the envelope with GMO Sign

1. Select the linked account and action

・Enter the title.
・Select "Request signature for envelope" for the action.

2. API connection

・Set the required items.
・For the access token, select the information obtained from "Generate access token" as the output.

・Enter the required items.
・Embed the document code from the document list as the output from "Register envelope text".

・Also embed the document code for the recipient signature information from the output as before.

・If there are no issues after testing, save it.
