Let's get started by creating an integration flow between Mailchimp and Salesforce!

Step 1: Integrate My Apps with Mailchimp and Salesforce

First, log in to your Yoom account.

1. Click on My Apps and then click on Add.

2. You can search by app name in the input field.

Register My App with Mailchimp

Let's register Mailchimp as My App! Enter Mailchimp in the input field, and the Mailchimp icon will appear. Click on the Mailchimp icon.

1. The following screen will be displayed.
Enter any account name you like.

2. The server domain can be confirmed from the URL.
The part enclosed in the red frame is the server domain, so please enter it.

Register My App with Salesforce

Search for Salesforce in the same way and click on the icon.

Note that Salesforce is an app available only with the Team Plan and Success Plan.
If you are using the Free Plan or Mini Plan, the operations and data connections of the flow bot you have set will result in errors, so please be careful.
Also, the paid plans (Team Plan and Success Plan) offer a 2-week free trial.

1. The Salesforce login screen will be displayed. Log in with the account you want to integrate.

If an error is displayed when integrating My App, please check the following link.
If "Session expired or invalid" error is displayed in Salesforce
Click "Add" to complete the registration of My App with Salesforce.

If the registration of My App is successful, the following screen will be displayed.
Check if the icons for Mailchimp and Salesforce are displayed on the My Apps screen.

Step 2: Copy the Template

Click "Try it" from the link below.

If the following display appears, the template copy was successful.
The copied template will be stored in My Projects.

Step 3: Set the trigger to activate when a subscriber is added in Mailchimp

1. First, click on the icon at the top labeled "When a subscriber is added (Webhook)".

2. Set the account information connected to Mailchimp.
Select "When a subscriber is added (Webhook)" as the trigger. Once the setup is complete, click "Next".


3. Set the audience_id.
When you click the input field, options will appear as shown in the image below. Please select the appropriate one.

If the test is successful, a screen indicating test success will appear as shown in the image below.
If there are no issues, click "Next".

4. The following screen will appear.
Once the test is successful, you will be able to reference the information obtained from Mailchimp as retrieved value.

Step 4: Set to add a record in Salesforce

1. Finally, click on the icon labeled "Operate the Database".

2. Set the account information linked with Salesforce.
Select "Add record" as the action.

  • Object API Name: When you enter the My Domain URL, options will appear as shown below.
    Select the one you want to integrate from them.

3. Set the values for the new record.
