・Set triggers in Money Forward Cloud and configure integration settings in Chatwork
・Turn on the trigger and confirm the automated integration

Step 1: Integrate Money Forward Cloud and Chatwork with My Apps

First, register My Apps in Money Forward Cloud.
Here, you will set up the app information to be integrated into Yoom. Log in to the Yoom workspace and click + New Connection in the My Apps screen.

Enter "Money Forward" in the search box and click on Money Forward Cloud Debt Payment.

The registration screen for Money Forward Cloud Debt Payment will be displayed.
Enter the details and click "Add".

Next, register Chatwork in My Apps.
Just like the registration of Money Forward Cloud Debt, click "My Apps" → "New Connection" on the left side of the Yoom screen.

Search for Chatwork using "Search by App Name" or find it from the app list.

When the following screen appears, click "Allow" in the red frame.

Once the integration is complete, you will return to the My Apps screen and Chatwork will be displayed.

Step 2: Copy the Template

To set up automation, click "Try it" on the banner below.

Read the following screen display and click "OK".
If changes are necessary, you can click on the relevant section to make modifications.

Step 3: Setting Triggers in Money Forward Cloud and Configuring Chatwork Integration

We will proceed with the operations of the Flowbot.
A screen like the one in the image below will be displayed, so click on the area within the red frame.
In the "Select Linked Account and Action" screen, confirm that there are no mistakes with the Money Forward Cloud Debt Payment account to be linked this time, and click "Next".

The API settings screen for the app trigger will be displayed.
Enter the information according to the content.
・Trigger activation interval: 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes
・Business ID: Information within the linked Money Forward Cloud Debt Payment will be displayed, so enter from the candidates.

Once the input is complete, run the test, and after confirming the test success, click "Save".

Next, configure the Chatwork settings. Click on the area within the red frame.

In the "Select Linked Account and Action" screen, confirm that there are no mistakes with the Chatwork account to be linked this time, and click "Next".

The API connection settings screen will be displayed.
Proceed with the input according to the content.
・Room ID: Click the input area to display candidates. Select from the candidates.
・Message content: This is the content sent to Chatwork. You can mention using "To:{Account ID}".
Once the input is complete, run the test, and after confirming the test success, click "Save".

Step 4: Turn on the Trigger and Confirm the Automation Integration

When you click "Save" above, a screen like the image below will be displayed.
Finally, click "Turn on Trigger" to complete the automation settings.
Check if the Flowbot is activated correctly.
