Step 1: Integrate My Apps with OneDrive and Microsoft SharePoint

First, log in to your Yoom account.

Register Microsoft SharePoint as My App

Similarly, search for Microsoft SharePoint and click on the icon.

1. If you were logged in when registering OneDrive as My App, registration will be completed immediately.
If you were logged out, please sign in with the account you want to integrate.

Once My App registration is successful, the following screen will be displayed.

Step 3: Setting up a trigger to activate when a file is created or updated in a specific folder on OneDrive

1. First, click on the icon at the top that says "When a file is created or updated in a specific folder".

Select the trigger "When a file is created or updated in a specific folder". After confirming the content, click "Next".

  • Folder Name: You can search for the "Folder Item ID" using the content entered here. If the corresponding folder is not found, try searching with only a part of the folder name, which may work.

  • File Name: Click the input field as before, and the previously obtained output will be displayed. Select "Item Name" from it to reference.
