Now, let's create a flow that integrates OneDrive and Microsoft SharePoint!

Step 1: Integrate My Apps with OneDrive and Microsoft SharePoint

First, log in to your Yoom account.

1. Click on My Apps and then click on "+ Add".

2. You can search by app name in the input field.

Register OneDrive as My App

Let's register OneDrive as My App! Enter OneDrive in the input field, and when the OneDrive icon appears, click on the OneDrive icon.

Note that "Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)" has plans for both personal and business (Microsoft 365 Business) use.
If you do not have a business plan, you may encounter authentication errors when integrating with Yoom, so please check your plan details in advance.

1. If you are already logged into Microsoft 365, My App registration will be completed immediately.
If you are not logged in, the following screen will appear, so please log in with the account you want to integrate.

Register Microsoft SharePoint as My App

Similarly, search for Microsoft SharePoint and click on the icon.

1. If you were logged in when registering OneDrive as My App, registration will be completed immediately.
If you were logged out, please sign in with the account you want to integrate.

Once My App registration is successful, the following screen will be displayed.
Please check if the icons for OneDrive and Microsoft SharePoint are displayed on the My Apps screen.

Step 2: Copy the Template

Click "Try it" from the link below.

If the following display appears, the template copy was successful.
The copied template will be stored in My Projects.

Step 3: Setting up a trigger to activate when a file is created or updated in a specific folder on OneDrive

1. First, click on the icon at the top that says "When a file is created or updated in a specific folder".

2. Set up the account information to integrate with OneDrive.
Select the trigger "When a file is created or updated in a specific folder". After confirming the content, click "Next".

3. Set up each item.

  • Trigger activation interval: Depending on your plan, the shortest interval for setting the trigger may vary, so be sure to check that.
    It is generally recommended to use the shortest activation interval for that plan.

  • Drive ID, Folder ID: Click the input field to display suggestions as shown in the image below. Select from the suggestions.

  • Folder Name: You can search for the "Folder Item ID" using the content entered here. If the corresponding folder is not found, try searching with only a part of the folder name, which may work.

If the test is successful, you will be able to reference the information obtained from OneDrive as output, as shown in the image below.

Step 4: Setting up to download a file

1. Next, click on the "Download File" icon.

2. Set up the account information to integrate with OneDrive.
Select the action "Download File". Once the setup is complete, click "Next".

3. Enter each item.

  • Drive ID: Click the input field to display suggestions as before. Select from the suggestions.
  • File Item ID: Click the input field as shown in the image below, and the previously obtained output will be displayed. Select "Item ID" from it.

Once the setup is complete, click "Test", and if there are no issues, click "Save".

Step 5: Setting up to upload a file to Microsoft SharePoint

1. Finally, click on the "Upload File" icon.

2. Set up the account information to integrate with Microsoft SharePoint.
Select the action "Upload File".
Once the setup is complete, click "Next".


3. Set up each item.

  • Site ID, Drive ID, Destination Folder Item ID: Click the input field to display suggestions as shown in the image below, and select from them.

  • Destination Folder Name: Use the entered value to search for candidates for the "Destination Folder Item ID".
  • File Name: Click the input field as before, and the previously obtained output will be displayed. Select "Item Name" from it to reference.

  • File Attachment Method: You can choose to use the output or upload. If using the output, select from the dropdown.

  • If you choose to upload, click "Add File" to upload a file.

Once the setup is complete, click "Test", and if there are no issues, don't forget to click "Save"!

Step 6: Testing and Confirmation

Once the setup is complete, the following screen will be displayed.
Click the "Turn on the trigger" button to activate the flow bot.
