2. On the displayed screen, enter your email address and click "Next".

On the next screen, enter your password and click "Sign In".

3. Next, register ChatGPT to My Apps.
Search for ChatGPT using the same procedure as before.

On the next screen, enter the required fields and click "Add".

Search for Microsoft Teams using the same procedure as before.
On the displayed screen, enter your email address and click "Next".

On the next screen, enter your password and click "Sign In".

If Outlook and ChatGPT are displayed in My Apps, the registration is complete.

Step 2: Copy the Template

Let's start creating the flow from here! Since we are using a template, open the template page below and click 'Try it'.

The template will be automatically copied to your workspace. Click "OK" on the next screen that appears.

Step 3: Setting up Outlook Trigger

※The following screen appears when you click "Extract text from Outlook attachments and summarize with ChatGPT" in the Flowbot under "My Projects" on the left side of the Yoom page screen.

1. Click "OK" on the previous screen, then click the app trigger "When an email with a specific subject is received" on the displayed screen.

2. Review each item on the displayed screen. Keep the trigger action as is, and click "Next".

3. Set the details on the displayed screen.
Select the "Trigger Interval".
※It is generally recommended to set it to the shortest time!
※The trigger interval can be set to 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes. Please note that the shortest trigger interval varies depending on the plan.

4. For "Mail Folder ID", click the input field and select from the displayed options.

5. After completing the input, attach the prepared test document, send it to the specified folder, and execute "Test".
If successful, click "Save".

1. Click "Get Email Attachment Information" to integrate with the app.
