3. Register for Yoom

※ If you have already completed registration, the login screen will be displayed, so please log in.

How to Create a Connection Flow between RakuRaku Meisai and RakuRaku Hanbai

STEP1: My App Integration

Once you have completed the registration for Yoom, the Flowbot template will be copied to "My Projects".
When the display appears as shown in the image, please select "My Apps" from the menu on the left side of the screen.

Click the new connection button at the top right and integrate Yoom with each app.

Integration of RakuRaku Meisai and Yoom

1. Search
Enter "RakuRaku Meisai" in the search box and click on the RakuRaku Meisai icon.

2. Set Required Fields

Enter according to the contents of the red frame. Set an account name of your choice. It is recommended to use something easy to understand, such as a company name or a contact person's name.
After entering, click Add at the bottom right.

If the above display appears, the integration is complete.

Integration of RakuRaku Hanbai and Yoom

1. Search
Enter "RakuRaku Hanbai" in the search box and click on the RakuRaku Hanbai icon.

2. Enter Required Fields

Generate an API token according to the image above.


Once generated, copy and paste into the required fields.
After entering, click Add at the bottom right.

If the above display appears, the integration is complete.

This completes the My App integration of RakuRaku Meisai and RakuRaku Hanbai.

1. Hover over the banner and click "View Details"
2. Click "Try This Template" on the page you navigated to
3. Register for Yoom

STEP2: Setting Up the RakuRaku Meisai Trigger

1. Open My Project


Open "My Project" from the menu on the left side of the screen.

2. Open the Copied Template
Click on "【Copy】Add Form Information to RakuRaku Hanbai When a Form is Issued in RakuRaku Meisai".

3. Select App Trigger
Click on the "When a Form is Issued" icon for RakuRaku Meisai.
The title and other settings are already completed, so press Next.

4. Decide the Trigger Activation Interval


You can select the trigger activation interval from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
Please note that the shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan.

5. Add the Form to RakuRaku Meisai
Create a test form and add it to RakuRaku Meisai.

6. Execute the Test


Return to the Yoom screen and click the test button at the bottom.
If "Test Successful" is displayed, save it, and the RakuRaku Meisai trigger setup is complete.

STEP3: Setting Up RakuRaku Hanbai

1. Select App Trigger
Click on the "Register Record" icon for RakuRaku Hanbai.
The title and other settings are already completed, so press Next.

2. Enter Required Fields

Enter according to each supplement.

3. Confirm Registered Data

The values to be registered are already entered, so only set the header item ID.
Please check from the header item detail screen, etc.

4. Execute the Test
Press the test button at the bottom of the screen.
If "Test Successful" is displayed, the setup is complete. Please save.

5. Turn ON the Trigger

When the creation of the flow bot is complete, a display like the above will appear.
The trigger is initially set to OFF, so turn it ON.

This completes the creation of the flow bot using RakuRaku Meisai and RakuRaku Hanbai.
