How to Create a Collaboration Flow between RakuRaku Meisai and Sasuke

Step 1: My App Integration with RakuRaku Meisai and Sasuke

1. After signing in to your Yoom account, set up the app you want to use.

If you do not have an account yet, please register from the Yoom Account Creation Page.
If you have any questions about Yoom, please refer to the Yoom Help Center.

Click on "My Apps" and then select "New Connection".

2. First, search for RakuRaku Meisai and log in with the corresponding account.
Once the registration for RakuRaku Meisai is complete, click the "New Connection" button again, search for Sasuke, and register.

3. Once registration is complete, the corresponding icons will be displayed.
Be sure to check that the icons for RakuRaku Meisai and Sasuke are displayed correctly.

Step 2: Selecting a Template and Preparing the Storage Location

This time, we will create a flow called [Add Form Information to Sasuke When a Form is Issued in RakuRaku Meisai].

Step 3: Set the trigger to activate when a form is issued in RakuRaku Meisai

1.Let's set it up by clicking the flow icons in order from the top.
Check the "!" mark on each icon and proceed by clicking in order.
Click "When a form is issued".

2. You can change the title as you like.
Enter the account information to link with RakuRaku Meisai.
Select "When a form is issued" as the trigger action.
Once the operation is complete, click "Next".

3. Set the trigger activation interval.
You can choose an activation interval of 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
Once the settings are complete, click Test.
If no errors occur, save it.

※ Please note that the shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan.

Step 4: Set the action to register a history group in Sasuke

1.Return to the flow. Next, click the "Register History Group" icon.

2. You can customize the title freely.
Enter the account information to link with Sasuke.
Select "Register History Group" as the action.
After entering, press "Next" to proceed.

3. Set the customer number and the event number of the history group.

3.Scroll down to see the input fields for record information at the bottom.
Set the item keys and values for the table settings.
When you click on a value, the output will be displayed. Please select from there.
Once the settings are complete, perform a test and if there are no issues, click save.

Step 5: Test and Verification

Once the setup is complete, the following screen will be displayed.
Click the "Turn on Trigger" button. This will activate the flow bot.
