Step 3: Set a trigger to activate when a file is created or updated in a specified folder in Microsoft SharePoint

2) Make sure the action "When a file is created or updated in a specified folder in the site" is selected, then click "Next".
When you click the box, the connected site IDs will be displayed, so select the site ID you want to use. Also, the folder ID can be selected by setting the site ID. Select the site ID and folder ID you want to use.
If the test is successful, click "Save".
Step 4: Set an action to download a file to Microsoft SharePoint
1) Return to the flow and click on the "Download file" icon.
2) Make sure the action "Download file" is selected, then click "Next".
3) Enter the required fields.
When you click the box, the connected site IDs will be displayed, so select the site ID you want to use. Also, the drive ID can be selected by setting the site ID. Select the site ID and drive ID you want to use.

Step 5: Set an action to upload a file to Box
1) Return to the flow and click on the "Upload file" icon.
2) Make sure the action "Upload file" is selected, then click "Next".
3) Enter the required fields.
For the file name input, you can select the output from Microsoft SharePoint obtained earlier. Select the relevant item from the output.
For the content ID of the destination folder, set the content ID of the Box folder you want to store in. For the file attachment method, make sure "Use output" and "Downloaded file" are selected, then click "Test". After the test is complete, click "Save".
