Step 1: Connect Microsoft SharePoint and DocuSign with My Apps

Let's register My Apps to connect Microsoft SharePoint and DocuSign to Yoom.
By registering My Apps first, you can proceed with the automation settings smoothly.

Before connecting, make sure to upload files to Microsoft SharePoint!

1. Click on My Apps on the left side of the Yoom page and select "+ Add".
Enter "Microsoft SharePoint" in the search box at the top right and select the icon from the search results.

※ "Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)" has personal and business plans (Microsoft 365 Business). If you do not have a business plan, authentication from Yoom may not work properly, so please be careful.

2. On the displayed screen, enter your email address and click "Next".

On the next screen, enter your password and click "Sign In".

3. Next, register DocuSign with My Apps.
Similarly, click on My Apps on the left side of the Yoom page and select "New Connection".

Search for "DocuSign".

On the next screen, enter your password and click "Log In".

On the next screen, enter the verification code and click "Verify".

Step 2: Copy the Template

Step 3: Setting Triggers for Microsoft SharePoint

※The following screen appears when you click "Request a signature with DocuSign for files uploaded to Microsoft SharePoint [Copy]" displayed in the Flowbot under "My Projects" on the left side of the Yoom page screen.

1. Click "OK" on the previous screen, then click the app trigger "When a file is created or updated in a specified folder on the site" on the displayed screen.

2. Check each item on the displayed screen. Leave the trigger action as it is and click "Next".

3. Set the details on the displayed screen.
Select the "Trigger Interval".
※It is recommended to set it to the shortest time possible!
※You can select the trigger interval from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes. Please note that the shortest trigger interval varies depending on the plan.

4. For "Site ID" and "Folder ID", please select from the suggestions displayed when you click the input field.

5. Once you have finished entering, execute "Test" and if successful, click "Save".
※Please check the content of the displayed output as it will be used in the following settings.

Step 4: Setting File Download for Microsoft SharePoint

1. Click "Download File" to integrate with the app.


Check the title and account information as before, then click "Next".

2. Set up the API connection.
For "Site ID" and "Drive ID", please select from the suggestions displayed when you click the input field.

"Item ID" can be selected from the output displayed when you click the input field.


Once you have finished entering the information, click "Test" to check the output of the downloaded file, then click "Save" to complete the settings.

Step 5: Setting Up DocuSign Envelope Creation

1. Click "Create Envelope" to integrate with the app.


Click "Next".

2. Set up the API connection.
For "Account ID" and "Email Subject", please enter according to the description below the input field.

By utilizing the output in the email subject, you can reflect the document item name.

For "Recipient", please enter according to the description below the input field.
※The input values ​​are dummy.


Once you have finished entering, execute "Test" and if successful, click "Save".

Step 6: Adding and Updating Documents in DocuSign Envelope

1. Click "Add/Update Documents in Envelope" to integrate with the app.


Click "Next".

2. Set up the API connection.

For "Envelope ID", please select from the output displayed when you click the input field.

For "Document ID", please enter according to the description below the input field.
Select "File Attachment Method" from the dropdown.

Step 7: Sending DocuSign Envelope

1. Click "Send Envelope" to integrate with the app.


Click "Next".

2. Set up the API connection.
For "Account ID", please enter according to the description below the input field.

For "Envelope ID", please select from the output displayed when you click the input field.

Once you have finished entering, execute "Test" and if successful, click "Save".

Step 8: Turn ON the Trigger Button and Verify the Integration Flow
