Let's Create a Square and WooCommerce Integration Flow

Let's get started with creating a flow that integrates Square and WooCommerce!

Step 1: Connect Square and WooCommerce to My App

Let's register My App to connect Square and WooCommerce to Yoom.
By completing the My App registration first, you can smoothly proceed with the automation settings.

1. Click on My App on the left side of the Yoom page screen and select "Add".
Enter "Square(Webhook)" in the search box at the top right and select the Square icon from the search results.

2. On the displayed screen, enter account name and access token, then click "Continue".

3. Next, register WooCommerce to My App.
Search for WooCommerce in the same way as before.
On the next screen, enter the required fields and click "Add".

If Square and WooCommerce are displayed in My App, the registration is complete.

Step 2: Copy the Template

Let's start creating the flow from here! Since we are using a template, open the template page below and click 'Try this template'.

The template will be automatically copied to your workspace. Please click "OK" on the next screen.

Step 3: Setting the Square Trigger

※The following screen will appear when you click "[Copy]Add customer information to WooCommerce when customer information is created in Square" in the Flowbot under "My Projects" on the left side of the Yoom page screen.

1. Click "OK" on the previous screen, then click the app trigger "When a customer is created (Webhook)" on the displayed screen.

2. Check each item on the displayed screen. Leave the trigger action as it is, and click "Next".

3. Enter the "Webhook Name" according to the description below the input field.
After entering, execute "Test" and click "Next".

4. Create a new customer on the Square customer list screen.
※Execute the event that triggers the Webhook.
※In this case, a customer like the one in the image below was created.

5. After creating the customer, return to the Yoom screen, execute "Test", and if successful, click "Save".
※The displayed Retrieved Value can also be used in the next setting.

Step 4: WooCommerce Settings

1. Click "Create Customer" to link with the app.

Check each item and click "Next".

2. Set up the API connection.
Enter the "TOP Page URL" according to the description below the input field.

You can select "Email", "First Name", "Last Name", "State", "City" from the retrieved value displayed by clicking the input field.

After entering, execute "Test", and if successful, click "Save".

Step 5: Turn on the Trigger Button and Verify the Integration Flow

Click the "Turn on Trigger" button in the red frame on the screen below to automatically start the Flowbot.
