■How the Flowbot Works
- First, connect Tally and Slack to Yoom.
- Next, select Tally as the trigger, set the “Form Submission” action, and specify the NPS survey form you want to use.
- Then, select the AI feature as an operation and set the “Generate text” action. Configure a prompt to analyze the score and comments received from Tally.
- Finally, select Slack as an operation and set the “Send a message to a channel” action to notify the specified channel of the AI-generated analysis results.
※ “Trigger”: An action that initiates the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes information within the flow after the trigger runs.
■Customization Options
- In the Tally trigger settings, specify the form ID for the NPS survey you want to use.
- In the AI feature’s “Generate text” action, customize the prompt to define how you want the survey scores and comments to be analyzed and summarized. You can also include response data retrieved from Tally in the prompt as variables.
- In the action that sends a message to Slack, you can specify the notification channel and users to mention. You can also use Tally response data and AI analysis results as variables—not just fixed text—to automatically insert relevant information into the notification message.
