■How the Flowbot works
- First, connect Tally and Slack to Yoom.
- Next, select Tally as the trigger, set the “Form Submission” action, and specify the target form. Once the selected Tally form is submitted, the Flowbot will start.
- Then, set the AI feature’s “Generate text” action as an operation, and include the information submitted through the Tally form in the prompt to generate the content for the 1-on-1 sheet.
- Finally, set Slack’s “Send a message to a channel” action as an operation, include the text generated by the AI feature in the message body, and send a notification to the specified channel.
※ “Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes information within the flow after the trigger starts.
■Customization options
- In the Tally trigger settings, specify the form you want to use as the starting point for the automation. This ensures that the workflow runs only when a specific survey is submitted.
- In the AI feature operation, you can freely customize the prompt used to generate the 1-on-1 sheet. For example, you can combine fixed text with information retrieved from Tally as variables: “Based on the information below, create a 1-on-1 agenda that includes positive feedback and questions that encourage growth: {Tally response}”.
- In the Slack notification operation, you can specify any channel as the notification destination. You can also flexibly customize the message body by embedding information retrieved from the Tally form or text generated by AI as variables, rather than using fixed text only.
