■Overview
Do you find it time-consuming to format meeting transcripts and share the minutes with participants after web meetings? With this workflow, you can automate the entire process—from using the end of a web meeting as a trigger, to having AI convert the transcript into meeting minutes in Gamma, and saving the file to a designated Box folder. Streamline the tedious work of creating and sharing meeting minutes so you can focus on more important tasks.
■Who This Template Is For
- People who attend many web meetings and spend significant time creating and managing meeting minutes
- People who want to build a meeting-minutes workflow with Gamma and automate the conversion process with AI
- Team leaders who want to streamline formatting meeting transcripts and sharing files after meetings
■Benefits of Using This Template
- Because the process—from AI conversion of meeting minutes to saving them in Box—is automated after a web meeting ends, you can reduce the time previously spent on manual tasks.
- By eliminating manual copy-and-paste and file-saving tasks, you can prevent human errors such as transcription mistakes and saving files to the wrong location.
■Flowbot Steps
- First, connect Gamma and Box to Yoom.
- Next, select the web meeting trigger and configure the flow to start when a web meeting ends.
- In Operations, configure Gamma's “Generate Gamma” action to create meeting minutes based on the web meeting transcript.
- To allow time for Gamma to complete the generation process, configure the “Wait” action under the wait function in Operations.
- Next, configure Gamma's “Get Generated File URL” action and “Get Generated File” action in that order under Operations.
- Finally, configure Box's “Upload File” action under Operations to save the generated meeting-minutes file to the designated folder.
※“Trigger”: An action that starts a flow. “Operation”: An action that performs processing within a flow after the trigger starts.
■Customization Options
■Customization Options
- For the web meeting trigger, set the invitation URL of the web meeting you want to automate.
- For Gamma's actions, you can customize the input text, text mode, and other settings to match your meeting-minutes format.
- For the wait function, set the wait time based on how long Gamma takes to generate the file.
- For the Box file upload settings, you can customize the file name and the content ID of the destination folder.
