First, connect Typeform and Kommo to Yoom
Next, select Typeform as the trigger and set the action to “When a form is submitted”
Next, set Kommo’s “Search Leads” action as an operation to search for existing leads based on the information retrieved from Typeform
Next, set the AI feature’s “Extract Text” action as an operation to identify the lead to update based on the form responses and search results
Finally, set Kommo’s “Update Lead” action as an operation to update the lead information based on the searched and extracted data

■Customization options

In the Typeform trigger settings, specify the form ID and tags to include in the integration
In Kommo’s “Search Leads” action, specify the field to use as the search key, such as an email address or phone number
For the AI feature’s “Extract Text” action, freely customize the instructions used to identify the target lead based on the information retrieved in the previous step
