Now that you can edit the flow, let's start setting it up!
Step 1: Register Chatwork as My App
First, register Chatwork in Yoom's My Apps.

Click "My Apps" in the left column and search for Chatwork from "New Connection".

The login screen will appear, so log in with the account you want to register in Yoom's My Apps.

After logging in, click "Allow" when the above screen appears.
This completes the registration of Chatwork as My App.
Step 2: Set a Trigger to Activate When an Email Arrives

Set the item "When an email arrives" in the app trigger.

You can freely set the title.
When an email is received at the reception address set in the email trigger, the flow bot will activate.
Once you have created the reception address, click "Next".

Send a sample email to the address you set earlier and click test.
If the test is successful, click "Save".
Step 3: Translate the Email Body

Next, set the item "Translate".

You can freely set the title.
Set the action as desired from the dropdown.

The text to be translated is set as shown above.
By setting it as shown above, you can automatically retrieve and translate the "body" of the email received at the reception address set earlier.
※ How to set) Click inside the frame and click "Body" in "When an email arrives", and {{Body}} will be entered in the message field.

Enter the language you want to translate into, such as Japanese or Chinese, in the target language.
Once the setup is complete, click test, and if the output is retrieved correctly, click "Save".
Step 4: Send a Message to Chatwork

Next, set the item "Send a Message".

This page is already set up.
Check for any errors in the account information and proceed to the next page.

For the room ID, click inside the frame and select as desired from the options.

You can freely set the message content.
For example, as shown in the image above, when an email is received at the reception address set earlier, you can automatically retrieve the "translation result" and send a message to Chatwork.
※ How to set) Click inside the frame and click "Translation Result" in "Translate", and {{Translation Result}} will be entered in the message field.
After setting, click test to send a sample message to Chatwork.
After checking the message content, save it.
Step 5: Turn on the Trigger

Once all processes are set up, the above screen will appear.
Turn on the trigger to activate the flow bot!
This completes the flow bot that "automatically translates English emails and notifies Chatwork".
