On the second page, set up the user addition. "Login Name", "Password", and "Display Name" are required fields, so be sure to enter them using the output information. Other fields are optional, so fill them in as needed.
Perform a "Test", and if there are no issues, click "Save" to proceed to the next step.
Step 3. Update User Service Usage
Finally, click "Update User Service Usage".
On the first page, the account information will be displayed, so check it and proceed to the next step.
On the second page, select the services to be used. By setting it as follows, Garoon and kintone accounts will be assigned to the target employees. It is also possible to select Cybozu Office or Mailwise.
Click "Test" and if no errors occur, click "Save".
