Step 2: Set the Schedule Trigger

Please click "At 9 AM every day".

1. Specify Execution Time

・Once entered, save it.

Step 3: Set Asana Action

・The title can be changed.
・Check the account information linked with Asana.
・Select the action "Get a list of tasks overdue in a specific section".
・Once set, click "Next".

2. API Connection Settings

・Select the Workspace ID from the options.
・Set the Project ID and Section ID.
・Enter the due date from the date field as shown in the attached image.
・Once set, run the test.

・If the test is successful and the output is obtained, save it.

Step 3: Set Slack Action

Next, click "Send a message to the channel" to complete the setup!

・The title can be changed.
・Check the account information linked with Slack.
・Select the action "Send a message to the channel".
・Once entered, click "Next".

2. API Connection Settings

・Select the channel ID to post from the options.
→The Yoom app must be added to the destination channel. For more details, please check here.
・For the message, select from Asana's output as shown in the attached image, and enter the message.
→You can also add a mention by writing <@memberID>. Please check here.
・Once set, click test, and if the message is sent to Slack, save it.

When you click save, a message will appear indicating that the setup is complete, so click "Turn on Trigger".
