Let's Create a Flow to Automatically Notify Slack of Google Form Data
Let's get started by creating a flow that integrates Google Forms with Slack! We will use Yoom to proceed with the integration of Google Forms and Slack without any coding. If you don't have a Yoom account yet, please create one using this registration form.

Step 1: Integrate Google Forms, Slack, and ChatGPT with My App
[Preparation for ChatGPT] To register ChatGPT with My App, you need to obtain an API key. First, open the OpenAI page and create an account by clicking "SIGN UP".

2)A list of apps that can be connected with Yoom will be displayed, and you can search for each app using the search box.

[For ChatGPT] Once you can select ChatGPT, use the information you copied earlier to input and then click "Add".
3)Once registration is complete, an icon will appear in My Apps. Please check if the icon of the registered app is displayed.
Step 2: Copy the Template
Now, let's proceed with the explanation using the template. 1) First, click on the "Try it" icon.
2) The following confirmation screen will appear, so click "OK".

The title and details can be edited by clicking on them. Also, the copied template is saved in My Projects, so you can open it from there as well.
Step 3: Set a trigger to activate when a form response is submitted
Click on the icons with "!" displayed on the right in order from top to bottom to set the operation. 1) First, let's click on "App Trigger: When a form response is submitted"!
2) Ensure that the action "When a form response is submitted" is selected, and click "Next".
Once entered, try entering and submitting the response form. After submission, click on Test, and it will be successful, so click "Save".
Step 4: Set an action to generate text with ChatGTP
1) Return to the flow and click on the "Integrate with app: Generate text" icon. To run an action using ChatGPT (OpenAI), you need to subscribe to OpenAI's paid API plan. 2) Ensure that the action "Generate text" is selected, and click "Next".

Once the input is complete, click "Test". After the test is complete, click "Save".
Step 5: Set an action to send a message to Slack
1) Return to the flow and click on the "Integrate with app: Send message to channel" icon.
2) Ensure that the action "Send message to channel" is selected, and click "Next".
3) Enter the channel ID and message to post. The message can be selected and inserted from the output as before.
Once entered, click Test. After the test is complete, click "Save".
