First, click "Edit" at the top right of the Flowbot.
Step 2: Set Schedule Trigger

Click "Start at 8:00 AM every Monday" at the top.
Here, you will set the start date and time for the Flowbot!
Schedule Trigger Title: Enter the actual date and time you want to start.
Schedule Settings: You can choose from date settings, day of the week settings, or Cron settings.
Note: With Cron settings, you can finely adjust the execution frequency. Please refer to here for how to write Cron.
Once set, please save.
Step 3:Retrieve Records One by One in Google Sheets

Next, click "Retrieve Records One by One".
It's okay not to change the title and execution action.
Since you need to link with Google Sheets, press Add Linked Account and select the account to link.

Set up the database link as shown in the image below.
Note: Please refer to here for the Google Sheets for product management. Please arrange and use as needed.
Note: Please see here for how to set the table range.

Click Next and select the conditions for the records you want to retrieve.

As shown in the image above, set the condition you want to order items.
Test as is, and if successful, please save.
Step 4: Stop Flowbot if No Target Products

Next, click "Stop Flowbot if No Target Products".

As shown in the image above, set each condition, and click "Save" .
Explanation: By setting it as above, you can configure it so that the Flowbot will not start if the target product is "0".
Step 5: Send Message to Channel

Finally, click "Send Message to Channel".

It's okay not to change the title and execution action.
Since you need to link with Slack, press Add Linked Account and link.
Also, since Slack is an external app, you need to link it with Yoom.
Please link according to how to register Slack My Apps.
After completing the setup, click Next.

Channel ID to Post: Please select from the candidates.
Message: By default, the stock order text is entered as shown in the image above, so please arrange and use as needed.
Note: If you click on tags such as "Product Name" or "Stock Quantity" from the output, {{Product Name}}{{Stock Quantity}} will be entered in the message.
When you actually send a message, the words in these brackets will be automatically quoted from the information in Google Sheets.
After setting, test and if successful, please save.

Finally, please turn on the trigger button.
This completes the Flowbot that "manages stock quantities in Google Sheets and automatically notifies Slack when there is a shortage"!
