Integrate Chatwork with ChatGPT to automatically receive and notify ChatGPT's responses to posts in Chatwork.

・Integrate Chatwork and ChatGPT with My App

(1) First, connect Chatwork to My App.
After logging into your Yoom account, click "My App" on the left panel and search for Chatwork from "New Connection".

(2) The Chatwork app icon will appear, click on it.

‍

(3) You will be redirected to the Chatwork login screen. Enter your Chatwork account email address and click [Continue].
On the next screen, enter your "Password" and click [Login].

(4) You will be redirected to a screen asking for permission to integrate. Check the details and click [Allow].

‍

This completes the Chatwork connection.

(5) Next, integrate the ChatGPT app.
Select ChatGPT in the same way as registering Chatwork with My App.

(6) Enter the "Account Name" and "Access Token" for the ChatGPT you want to integrate and click [Add].

・Using ChatGPT or OpenAI's API may incur additional costs with OpenAI. Please check OpenAI's official website for details.

If the setup is successful, you will be redirected to the My App screen of your Yoom account with the two apps added.
This completes the connection of the two apps to your Yoom account.

・Copy the Template

After confirming that the new connection of the target app to your Yoom account is complete, click the icon for "Try this template" in the template below.

The template will be copied, so click the "OK" button.

Please move to the "My Projects" screen of your Yoom account and check the template content.

There are four setup flows.

・Chatwork Settings

(1) First, set up the Chatwork app trigger.

From the "My Projects" on the left side of your Yoom account screen, click "【Copy】Automatically obtain and notify ChatGPT's response to the content posted on Chatwork".

After clicking, the template content will be displayed as shown in the screen below.

(2) First, click on the trigger "When a new message is posted in the room (instant start)".

(3) Enter the account information to be linked and click [Next].

‍

(4) In the next screen, you need to copy the Webhook URL and set it in the management screen.

(5) After sending the Webhook event or executing the trigger event, click [Test], and if there are no issues, click [Save].
In this step, you can obtain information as output as shown below.
The output information can be quoted and utilized in the subsequent steps, as noted by "This value can be used in other operations."

・Check Branch Action

(1) The second branch action is already set.
In this flow, a branch is set to prevent an infinite loop of Chatwork app triggers and Chatwork message sending.
Click "Branch | Branch if the string 'This is ChatGPT's response.' is included" and check the settings.

(2) As shown in the screen below, this template specifies "Operation: When a new message is posted in the room (instant start)" → "Output: Message body" as the branch target output.

‍

Please set "Output" and "Branch Conditions" as needed according to the situation.
(In this case, it is set so that if a value is included in the message body, it is processed as a ChatGPT response.)

(3) After checking the settings or changing them as desired, click [Save].

・Branching is a feature (operation) available in plans above the mini plan. If you are on the free plan, the operations of the flow bot you have set will result in an error, so please be careful.
・Paid plans such as the mini plan offer a 2-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use restricted apps and AI features (operations).

・ChatGPT Settings

(1) Next, click the third action "Generate Text".

(2) Enter the account information to be linked and click [Next].

(3) In the next screen, enter information in the "Message Content" and "Temperature" fields.
Clicking the input bar allows you to quote the output obtained from the previous step, as shown in the image below.

(4) Select the "Role" and "Model" fields from the dropdown.

‍

‍

(5) Finally, click the fourth action "Send Message".

‍

(6) Confirm that the account information to be linked is entered and click [Next].
In the next screen, set the "Room ID".
As shown in the screen below, obtain content from the linked account and expand it in 'Candidates', so make use of the expanded information.

(7) Set the "Message Content" as the message for notification.
You can utilize the output as shown in the screen below.
(As an example, the output [Response Content] obtained from the third step is quoted in the message content.)

(8) If you want to set a mention, you can mention a specific user by writing [To:{Account ID}].

(9) After entering the information, click [Test], and if there are no issues, click [Save].
This completes the setup.

・Turn On Trigger

By clicking the red frame part "Turn On Trigger" in the screen below, the flow bot will start automatically.
