Many people may be using Chatwork as an internal communication tool. In the era of increasing remote work and flexible working styles, we introduce integrations that can be utilized. By integrating Chatwork with KING OF TIME, you can improve work efficiency and the accuracy of attendance management. Especially with the spread of remote work, automating attendance management is an important issue for many companies. This article explains the procedure for automatically clocking in with KING OF TIME when a specific message is posted on Chatwork.
Recommended for:
Those who are using both Chatwork and KING OF TIME and feel challenges in linking their operations
Administrators or HR personnel aiming to streamline attendance management and reduce errors
Companies that want to simplify attendance management in a remote work environment
Those who use Chatwork as a business communication tool but want to expand its usage
Owners or system administrators of small and medium-sized enterprises interested in business automation through API and IT tool integration
Benefits and Examples of Integrating Chatwork and KING OF TIME
Benefit 1: Reduce clocking errors and achieve accurate attendance management
When employees manually clock in, there is a tendency for missed clock-ins or incorrect timing records. However, by introducing a system like "automatic clock-in with KING OF TIME when a specific message is posted on Chatwork," these errors can be reduced. For example, employees can automatically clock in just by posting a "Good morning" message on Chatwork at the start of their work. This system reduces the effort required by administrators to check and correct attendance data, improving accuracy and efficiency.
Benefit 2: Reduce the workload of administrators and improve operational efficiency
Manually checking and correcting attendance data is a significant burden for administrators. Especially in companies with many employees, it takes a lot of time to individually check and correct missed or inaccurate records. This automation solution reflects accurate data in KING OF TIME triggered by Chatwork posts, freeing administrators from the daily hassle of attendance management. As a result, operational efficiency improves, allowing more time for strategic tasks.
Benefit 3: Simplify attendance management in a remote work environment
With the spread of remote work, accurate attendance management is required even when employees are not in the office. Chatwork is used by many companies, and by utilizing messages sent by employees at the start of their daily work, smooth clocking is possible even in a remote environment. For example, a remote worker can clock in by posting "Start work" and clock out by posting "End of today's work," simplifying attendance management in a remote environment and reducing the burden on both sides.
Now, let's explain how to use the no-code tool Yoom to integrate Chatwork and KING OF TIME to clock in with KING OF TIME when a specific message is posted on Chatwork.

I worked for a web marketing company as customer support for about 3 years. I spent time managing customer information and internal data, and when I was worried, I came across Yoom. Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated. With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.
Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
