When you want to inform members about tasks you need them to do or content you want to share, using communication tools like Chatwork can be very convenient. However, have you ever experienced situations where you thought you notified everyone, but some missed it, or it wasn't shared effectively? To minimize such situations, it's recommended to integrate Chatwork with Asana using the data extraction feature! By implementing this integration, you may reduce the hassle of task management and make it easier to proceed with work smoothly, so please take a look.
Recommended for:
- Departments using Chatwork as their main communication tool
- Departments managing tasks with Asana
- Team leaders requesting tasks via Chatwork
- Those adding tasks shared on Chatwork to Asana
Benefits and Examples of Integrating Chatwork with the Data Extraction Feature
Benefit 1: Easier Task Confirmation
By implementing an integration that incorporates the data extraction feature, you can automatically create tasks in Asana based on content posted in specific Chatwork rooms. This can help prevent missed task confirmations. For example, when tasks are shared via Chatwork messages, they can be hard to confirm if the log flows away or gets buried under numerous notifications. With this integration, tasks will be automatically created in Asana, improving visibility and making it easier to check tasks even if the log flows away.
Benefit 2: Easier Reflection of Conversations into Tasks
The integration of Chatwork and Asana with the data extraction feature makes it easier to reflect members' opinions into tasks. For instance, by aggregating content exchanged among members in Chatwork and reposting it in a specific room, the data extraction feature can capture the message content and automatically create tasks. This allows for easier reflection of members' real opinions discussed into tasks, potentially sharing detailed notes or concerns about work. As a result, the importance of exchanging opinions among members may be reaffirmed.
Benefit 3: Expected Improvement in Task Management Efficiency
When content posted in specific Chatwork rooms is added to Asana tasks, an improvement in work efficiency can be expected. For example, have you ever experienced missed confirmations when tasks shared on Chatwork flowed away, or had to access Asana to create tasks after summarizing discussions held on Chatwork, resulting in minor errors or extra effort? By implementing this integration, task visibility will improve, making it easier to quickly grasp tasks, and eliminating the need to separately access Asana to create tasks. This can lead to improved task management efficiency and make work easier.

After working as a general store manager, I started working from home as an SEO writer. Later, an outsourcing agreement was signed with a marketing startup for about 5 years.
Surrounded by students at the University of Tokyo, I held a computer and spent my days studying various business terms and how to use SaaS tools.
When I was a general store manager, time was taken over and over again by office work such as sales and inventory management, human resource management, and ordering, etc., and I was unable to serve customers and often missed sales times. Even when outsourcing, there are many detailed tasks such as input, etc., and “can't such monotonous tasks be automated?” I thought so, and I really sympathize with Yoom's vision!
Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated. With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.
Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
