How to Create a DocuSign and Slack Integration Flow

The integration flow is broadly divided into the following processes.

・Integrate DocuSign and Slack with My Apps

Step 1: Integrate DocuSign and Slack with My Apps

Once Yoom registration is complete, the flow bot template will be copied to "My Projects".
When the display appears as shown in the image, please select "My Apps" from the menu on the left.

Click the new connection button at the top right.

Enter the name of the app to integrate in the box.

Integration of DocuSign and Yoom

1. Search

Search for DocuSign and click on the DocuSign icon.

2. Grant Access

You will be asked to grant access as shown in the image.
Check and click "Grant Access".‍

3. Integration Complete

The screen will switch, and if the above display appears, the integration is complete.

Integration of Slack and Yoom

1. Search

Enter Slack and click on the Slack icon.

2. Enter Required Information

A screen like the above will be displayed, so select the channel where you want to post the translated message from the dropdown.
Then press "Allow".

The screen will automatically switch to Yoom, and if the above display appears, the integration is complete.

Next, copy the template to My Projects and create the flow bot.
Please copy the flow bot template from below.

Step 2: DocuSign Launch Settings

1. Open My Projects

Open "My Projects" from the menu on the left side of the screen.

2. Open the copied template
‍Click on "[Copy] Notify Slack when a contract is completed with DocuSign".‍

3. Select App Trigger

Select "When Envelope is Completed" from the DocuSign icon.
Press Next.‍

4. Set up Webhook

Based on the displayed information, configure the settings on the DocuSign page.

5. Complete the Envelope
‍Once the Webhook setup is complete, complete the envelope to use DocuSign's contract data for testing.

6. Run the Test

After completing the envelope, return to the Yoom screen and press the test button.
If "Test Successful" is displayed in blue, the setup is complete. Please press Save.

Step 3: Set Up Notifications to Slack

1. Select App Trigger

Click on "Notify Slack" from the Slack icon.
Since the title and other settings are complete, press Next.‍

2. Set the Channel ID for Posting

Set which channel to post DocuSign's contract completion data.

Click the box to display a list of channels, then select the channel where you want to receive DocuSign's contract completion data.
By selecting, it will be inserted into the box, and the setup is complete.

3. Set the Message Content

Next, set the message to be posted to Slack.
Click the box.

Select "When Envelope is Completed" from the DocuSign icon.

DocuSign's data will be displayed as shown in the image.
Click to insert the content you want to notify.

Once the data is inserted, it will look like the image.

If there are other necessary data, insert them in the same way.‍

4. Arrange the Layout
‍To make it easier to read, arrange the layout.

This time, I arranged it as shown in the image.

By using line breaks and symbols, it becomes easier to read, so change it to your preferred layout.

5. Run the Test

Once the layout is arranged, press the test button at the bottom of the screen. If "Test Successful" is displayed, the setup is complete. Please save.

6. Turn ON the Trigger

Once the flowbot creation is complete, it will be displayed as shown above. The trigger is initially set to OFF, so turn it ON.
