2.Select freee HR and Labor and log in with the corresponding account.
Once the registration of freee HR and Labor is complete, click the "New Connection" button again to register KAO Navi.

 

3.Once registration is complete, the icons for freee HR and Labor and KAO Navi will be displayed in My Apps.

First, click on "When employee information is registered (Webhook)" at the top.

2. You can freely change the title.
Enter the account information to link with freee HR.
Select "When employee information is registered (Webhook)" as the trigger action.
Once the input is complete, click "Next".

3. Copy the Webhook URL and configure it in the management screen.

Step 4: Set an action to retrieve employee information in freee HR

1. Return to the flow. Next, click on the "Retrieve employee information" icon.

2. You can freely set the title.
Enter the account information to link with freee HR.
Select "Retrieve employee information" as the action.
Once the input is complete, click "Next".

3. Configure each field.
Clicking on each field will display the output from freee HR.
Once the input is complete, click Test and save if there are no issues.

Step 5: Set an action to register members in Kaonavi

1. Return to the flow. Next, click on the "Register members" icon.

2. You can freely set the title.
Enter the account information to link with Kaonavi.
Select "Register members" as the action.
Once the input is complete, click "Next".

3. Set the employee number and name as desired.
Then, fill in each field.
Clicking on the field will display the output from freee HR, so select the appropriate one from there.

4. Optionally, you can also set the affiliation (concurrent position).
Clicking on the field will display candidates.
Select the appropriate one.
Once the input is complete, click Test and save if there are no issues.

5. This completes the flow of 【When an employee is registered in freee HR, they are also added to the employee management table in Kaonavi】.

Step 6: Test and Confirmation

Once the setup is complete, the following screen will be displayed. Click the "Turn on Trigger" button. This will activate the flow bot.
