How to Create a Flow for Integrating freee Sign and Airtable

Step 1: Integrate freee Sign and Airtable with My Apps

Once Yoom registration is complete, the Flowbot template will be copied to "My Projects".
When the display appears as shown in the image, please select "My Apps" from the menu on the left.

Click the new connection button in the upper right corner to integrate Yoom with each app.

Integration of freee Sign and Yoom

1. Search
Search for freee Sign and click the freee Sign icon.

2. Log in to freee Sign


A login screen like the one in the image will be displayed, so please log in.

3. Allow

You will be taken to the app integration start page. After confirming, press "Allow" at the bottom left.

4. Integration Complete

The screen will switch, and if the above display appears, the integration is complete.

Integration of Airtable and Yoom

1. Prepare Airtable
Prepare the Airtable you will use at this stage.

Also, to create a Flowbot that updates Airtable this time, prepare fields for "Document ID" and "Update Date" managed by freee.
This allows the "Update Date" field to be automatically edited when data equal to the Document ID managed in Airtable is updated in freee.

2. Search
Enter Airtable in the search box and click the Airtable icon.

3. Sign In

The Airtable sign-in screen will be displayed. Sign in with the account you want to integrate with DocuSign.

4. Add a Base

After signing in, you will be taken to the above screen.

Click "Add Base" in the red frame section and select the base where you want to add DocuSign data.

5. Allow Access

Once the base addition is complete, press "Allow Access".

Return to the Yoom screen, and if the above display appears, the integration is complete.

The integration of freee Sign and Airtable with Yoom is complete.
Next, let's configure the contents of the Flowbot.
If you haven't copied it yet, please copy the Flowbot template from below.

1. Hover over the banner and click "View Details"
2. Click "Try this template" on the page you navigated to
3. Register for Yoom

Step 2: Setting to Detect Updates in freee

1. Open My Projects


Open "My Projects" from the menu on the left side of the screen.

2. Open the copied template
Click "[Copy] Update Airtable information when a contract is completed with freee Sign".

3. Select App Trigger
Select "When the document status changes" for the freee Sign icon.
Press Next.

4. Webhook Settings

Based on the displayed information, configure the settings on the freee Sign management page.

5. Update
Once the Webhook settings are complete, finalize the contract to use the freee Sign contract data for testing.

6. Execute Test

After completing the contract, return to the Yoom screen and press the test button.
If "Test Successful" is displayed in blue, the setup is complete. Please press Save.

Step 3: Set Up Actions

1. Branch
Select "Command Operation" for the arrow icon.
Scroll down the screen.

2. Confirm Settings

Since you are using a template, the settings are complete.

With this setting, Airtable data will only be updated when the document is updated and marked as "Completed".
If it matches the image, press Save as is.

Step 4: Set Up Airtable Data Update

1. Integrate with App
Select "Update Record" for the Airtable icon.
Press Next.

2. Enter ID

Enter the ID according to the supplement at the bottom of the box.

3. Add Data

Set up the Airtable data update.
In the case of the image, the value box is already set, so set the field name.

In the case of the Airtable prepared this time, "Value = Update Date" corresponds to "Field = Update Date".


Therefore, enter the field name as Update Date.

If you want to update other data, click the red frame.


An empty box will be added, so click inside the value box.
Select the red frame part from the displayed data.


This time, let's retrieve the document title. Click to insert it into the box.



4. Execute Test

Once the settings are configured as shown in the image, press the test button at the bottom.
If "Test Successful" is displayed in blue, the setup is complete. Please press Save.

5. Turn ON the Trigger

Once the Flowbot creation is complete, the above display will appear.
The trigger is initially set to OFF, so turn it ON.

This completes the creation of a Flowbot using freee Sign and Airtable.
