Step 1: Connect Gmail and X (Twitter) with My Apps

2. Sign In
Transition to the following screen and click "Allow the app to access".

Step 2: Copy the Template

Step 3: Setting Up the App Trigger

1. Select the Gmail icon in the red frame

2. Select Your Account

The information registered in Step 1 will be displayed. If necessary, modify the title to something easy to understand, check the account information, and click "Next".

3. API Connection Settings for the App trigger

  • Trigger Interval
    Select the trigger interval for the flow. The shortest interval is 5 minutes.
    ※The shortest activation interval varies depending on your contract plan.
  • Keyword
    <span class="mark-yellow">Emails that match the keyword specified here will be subject to posting on X (Twitter).</span> Please enter your preferred keyword.

After completing the setup, send an email containing the specified keyword and then execute "Test".

If the test is successful, you can obtain the retrived value. You can see that an email containing the specified keyword has been received.

Click "Save" to confirm.

Step 4: Setting Up the Operation to Extract Data from Text

1. Select "Extract Data from Text" in the red frame

2. Select Action

  • Title: Please enter as desired.
  • Conversion Type: Click "Change" to select from four types. Choose according to the number of characters or tasks.

3. Set the Details

  • Target Text: Click the input field as shown in the image below to display the menu, and click the item to quote it.
  • Items to Extract: Specify the items you want to extract from the target text set above, separated by commas (,).

After completing the setup, execute "Test" and click save if the specified items are successfully extracted.

Step 5: Setting Up Post Submission on X (Twitter)

1. Select "Post a Post" in the red frame

2. Select Linked Account and Action

The information registered in Step 1 will be displayed. Leave it as is and click "Next".


3. API Connection Settings

The input for each item is as follows.

Post Text: Click the relevant field to select the retrieved value, and enter according to your preference.

Enter any other necessary information.

Once the input is complete, click "Test" and if the post is successfully made as specified, click "Save".
