How to update SPIRAL information when a contract is completed with GMO Sign by integrating GMO Sign and SPIRAL
t.aizawa
GMO Sign is a service that allows you to digitize contracts easily and securely, while SPIRAL is a platform that centralizes customer management and database operations. By linking GMO Sign and SPIRAL, you can update the information from GMO Sign to SPIRAL once a contract is completed in GMO Sign. This automates the process from contract to customer information management, reducing manual errors and speeding up overall operations. This article specifically introduces the benefits of linking GMO Sign and SPIRAL, as well as the method of integration.
Benefits of Linking GMO Sign and SPIRAL
Benefit 1: Efficiency through Centralization of Business Processes
By linking GMO Sign and SPIRAL, you can centralize processes related to contracts. While tasks like creating, sending, signing, storing contracts, and managing customer information tend to be handled by separate systems, the integration of GMO Sign and SPIRAL allows these tasks to be consolidated, reducing redundant work and complex procedures. Especially in situations where speed is required, you can efficiently proceed with processes, freeing up resources for other important tasks.
Benefit 2: Enhanced Compliance and Security
The electronic contract function of GMO Sign supports legally valid electronic signatures and timestamps, and by integrating with SPIRAL, the security of contract data is enhanced. Furthermore, as data management is automated, important customer information and contracts will always be safely stored in their latest state. This can be expected to maintain compliance and reduce legal risks, thereby improving the overall reliability of the company. Accurate information can also be provided when audit responses or legal confirmations are required.

Other Automation Examples Using GMO Sign and SPIRAL
At Yoom, there are many other examples of automation using GMO Sign and SPIRAL, and we would like to introduce a few of them.
1. Create a contract with GMO Sign from Google Form information and send a signature request
Based on the information from Google Forms, a contract is automatically created with GMO Sign, and a signature request is sent to the person in charge. This can help eliminate errors and the hassle of corrections. This flow is recommended for those who want to reduce the time spent creating contracts.
2. Once the document signing is completed with GMO Sign, store the file in Google Drive
By integrating with Google Drive, once the document signing is completed with GMO Sign, the file will be automatically stored in Google Drive. Automation will help prevent human errors such as incorrect storage locations or omissions.
3. Update SPIRAL records when a row is updated in Google Sheets
When a row is updated in Google Sheets, the content is reflected in SPIRAL. By using this flow, you can check the same information by checking one app without having to check both apps.
Additionally, if you would like to check out templates using GMO Sign and SPIRAL, please visit the following sites.

We will continue to send out information on improving work efficiency using Yoom!
Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated. With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.
Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
